    Deep leg massage offers a range of benefits that target the muscles, tissues, and overall well-being of the legs. Here are some of the key advantages:
    Muscle Relaxation: Deep leg massage involves applying firm pressure to the muscles and tissues of the legs, helping to release tension and tightness. This promotes relaxation and reduces stiffness in the muscles, leading to improved flexibility and mobility.
    Improved Circulation: Massage techniques used in deep leg massage help to increase blood flow to the muscles and tissues of the legs. Improved circulation delivers oxygen and nutrients to the cells while removing metabolic waste products, supporting muscle recovery and overall leg health.
    Alleviation of Muscle Soreness: Intense physical activity or prolonged periods of standing or sitting can lead to muscle soreness and fatigue in the legs. Deep leg massage helps to alleviate muscle soreness by reducing inflammation, flushing out toxins, and promoting relaxation in the muscles.
    Prevention of Injury: Regular deep leg massage can help prevent leg injuries by maintaining muscle flexibility, reducing tension, and promoting proper alignment. By addressing muscular imbalances and tightness, massage can support overall leg health and reduce the risk of strains, sprains, or overuse injuries.
    Enhanced Sports Performance: Athletes and active individuals can benefit from deep leg massage as part of their training regimen. Massage helps to improve muscle recovery, reduce fatigue, and enhance flexibility, leading to improved sports performance and reduced risk of injury.
    Reduction of Edema: Deep leg massage can help reduce edema (swelling) in the legs by promoting lymphatic drainage and improving circulation. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who experience swelling due to conditions such as lymphedema or pregnancy.
    Stress Reduction: Tension and stress can be held in the muscles of the legs, leading to discomfort and fatigue. Deep leg massage induces a state of relaxation, reducing levels of stress hormones such as cortisol and promoting overall well-being.
    Emotional Release: Massage provides an opportunity for emotional release, allowing clients to let go of stored tension and experience a sense of emotional well-being. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who carry emotional stress in their bodies, leading to physical tension and discomfort in the legs.
    Overall, deep leg massage offers a holistic approach to leg care, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of well-being. Whether you're seeking relief from muscle soreness, reducing stress levels, or simply looking to relax and unwind, deep leg massage can provide a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience for the legs, mind, and spirit.

    Sir Raynor, nothing is more satisfying then your thorough work on these tense bands that are common in your viewers and the average human.
    1. big toe belly band

    3. inner thumb band (palmar side)

    I'm curious too. In other videos Brandon has said that a big toe 'band' will be attached to something like the IT Band, and working on it will relieve tension there
    I've no doubt that the toe massages are effective but is the IT Band really attached to your toe? I thought it attaches to your tibia etc?

    • @brandonraynor
      @brandonraynor  Рік тому +3

      Hi I think the IT band is part of what I call the outer little toe ( or side of the leg) band which attaches to the tip of the little toe via the side, around the ankle. The IT band is very easy to feel but it takes a little more sensitivity to feel it go around the ankle into the little toe but anyone should be able to feel most of it

      You know, it was really strange. I got an infection in my thumb probably from potting mix, but I didn't even have a cut. it must have come through my cuticle. I do garden a lot and there are a lot of bacteria in the soil. It really swelled up just before the course and was super sensitive so i got a doctor to pop the infection and get the pus out but it was a problem. It has completely healed now though. thanks for your concern

      Bit of a story. It got originally the nerve killed in it in a fight 40 years ago when I was a kid being picked on for having alopecia in Miami. It then had a root canal and the dead tooth broke about 10 years ago, so i got a crown put on it. Last Christmas the bottom of the tooth that held the crown crumbled and the crown fell off/ It couldn't be fixed so the dentist pulled the rest of the tooth out and he is getting a dental implant made for it . Should be done by next month

    • @brandonraynor

    I am confused. I swear all other massage video I see people seem to be relaxed, and enjoying it, but here its a lesson in pain and howls of distress? Are all other therapists just going too easy, or does Brandon go to hard? Or are the patients from this place just very weak, and sensitive?

    • @brandonraynor

      I can’t speak for other therapists. I try my best to get rid of chronic tension in as effective a way as possible up to the clients threshold.

    • @RemnantSoul
      @RemnantSoul 7 місяців тому

      DEEP Tissue/Muscle work is typically unpleasant.
      For chronic issues breaking up/destroying the muscle is often required to heal/mend the muscle.
      While massage can be "enjoyable" usually....pleasure means your receiving what you can already handle and are having minimal although relaxing releases.
      Harder more painful pressure is often addressing/attacking the core issues.
      This is why athletes often nervously say: "I'm going to get muscle work done."
