You are a master cook who knows and relishes every ingredient and spices added in stages.I make my Sambhar but I dry roast sambhar masala to avoid multiple times oil needed and hing in all stages of sambhar cooking. I put bhindi and baingan after all cooking is over in the steaming hot dal along with the final tadka.This way the two veges don't sticky or loose shape.Keep the cooker lid on the aroma and flavor don't escape.Thank you for all your other recipes master chef
