Eminem having Anderson Paak on drums was crazy good
Dr. Dre arranged that
50 cent out there looking like 1 dollar 😂😂😂😂my boy jacked up
Fun fact, the NFL does not pay half-time performers much or at all. It is rumoured that Dr Dre spent over $7million of his own money for this show. Jay-Z was instrumental in putting this show together, but I don't think that the higher ups in the NFL know or realise how big a deal this half-time show was. I loved every second of it and keep watching reacitons to re-live it. You guys were great!
The NFL doesn’t pay artist to perform cuz they know & the artists know that they’ll get so much money & fame from the promotion which is why Dre put up the money cuz he knows he’ll get it all back plus more & so much more opportunities after this💯
@@Lynnleemattos --- Yep, you nailed it.
@@Lynnleemattos perfectly said!
Dr Dre Paid for this and JayZ produced it along with Dre, I have a friend that was a dancer and they paid for everything hotel, transportation, food and 20,000 for their participation!
That melody Dre played on the piano is from Blackstreet’s song you sang but it’s also Tupac’s I ain’t mad at cha. Mary J Blige also has a song with the same music called A Dream. Same sample in 3 different songs. Greetings from Richmond, Virginia 👋🏾
A Dream is a sample from a group from In Grand Rapids MI called DeBarge! Biggie , Tupac and others sampled them!
That was sampled to death from the group Debarge. A Dream is the name of the song. Dr. Dre did not create that melody. A lot of what you hear in rap was sampled, especially back in the 90's.
@@MsKplummer oh ok, I’ve heard a few songs from Debarge & El Debarge but I don’t think I’ve heard A Dream from them.
Backstreet got it from the DeBarge
Actually it’s all sampled from Debarge
There's a UA-cam "shorts" video that shows 50 walking onto the stage and pulling himself upside just seconds before the cameras panned to him. I was thoroughly impressed. ;)
You guys are great! Greetings from Sunny Southern California! It was a great halftime show! The scenes from the house are from the community in Compton, Eve After Dark is where NWA started, The floor was the map of Compton, Kendrick performed on his "block" where he grew up, Mary J chose "no dram because the "world is sick of Covid"! , Tam's Burgers #21 is a real location, come to have a burger, You'll love California, USA!
Kendrick Lamar sounds really good live
yes and performs well with choreography
Yes always great live
Now you know he sounds better than good.
I was waiting for your reaction! We are lucky because we could listen to this music in 90's (sorry for my bad English).
That first sample you heard Dr. Dre play on the piano came from the group Debarge in the 80's, the song, A Dream. Dr. Dre, nor Tupac created that melody. It has been sampled to death.
no major discovery...that's nothing new in the hip-hop/rap world.
I love Mary did these 2 songs😭❤️
🌹
Love you two

GREAT REACTION GUYZ!👍🏿👍🏿
Dr Dre payed for the majority of the production, Jay Z & Dr Dre were in charge of bringing this production to life
NFL payed for all of it lol
@@MarK-eg7im nope
I heard Dr Dre dug in his piggy bank & took out 7 million dollars for production.
@@MarK-eg7im nope, Dre payed 7 million out of his own pocket Jay-Z was the one who was instrumental in organising the half time show
Damn..yall remind me how much I miss England..yall seem cool af. 😎

Could you react to Destinys child girl music video🙏🏿
half time show is the best of all time but the only issue i had with it was mary j blige i just diddnt think she fit but apart from that banging
Mary J is the queen of hip hop soul ..."family Affair" was written & produced by Dr Dre, Mary fit perfectly... the night belonged to hip hop period.
I prefer Lauryn Hill rapping than Mary J B singing, honestly. I don't understand why they picked her.
Lauryn hill has no connection to dr.dre. Everyone on this stage is either signed or produced by dre
@@chillhomie7 Ok, I get it. I didn't know this detail. Thanks.
