This video is not made for kids, it's for older fans and adults. Enjoy the fucking video.
After 4 months, the video is finally finished. I wanted to release it earlier, but it got delayed. The reason why it took so long was because the OST was taking to long. I know that making something takes time, but I just wanted to get this video out now. So I apologise for being impatient. However, part of the OST did make it into the video, and others are from other scores, which you'll see in the credits. Also, for those wondering who was making, it was Dark Hartshorne. Thank you mate, and again I'm apologies for being impatient. But now that's kinda out of the way, enjoy the video!
Some scenes are inspired by Nwr Duck, Bradley Thomas Burden Train Tales and Carson's Video Workshop
Some stuff I forgot to credit:
Content: Zachman Awesomeness 3D, That One Modder, Mr.Junction, Giano_art 06, Cheddar
SFX: [TerrierTrustStudios]
All other content belong to their rightful owners
All Thomas rights belong to HIT Entertainment/Mattel
Random words (so it doesn't become for kids): asshole, fuck, shit, idiot, die, death. - Розваги

This is by far the best TTTE fan-made film I have seen. This feels EXACTLY like a Thomas special. Everything about it is wonderful, from the soundtrack utilizing music and ditties from the model series, to the positioning of the camera in all scenes/clips that make the engines feel like massive mechanical workhorses, to the calm narration that feels like you're telling a bedtime story. Everything about this is wonderful. Just to point out some of the elements I really liked in this special:
1) The characterization of Dudley is complex and interesting. Based on his worn-down paintwork and his improper puffing, the audience can infer that he's not looked after very well on his railway, and we can infer that his prejudice against diesels (Bear) stems from the idea that his railway is undergoing the erasure of steam locomotives in favor of modern diesels. His character puts the audience in a conflicted spot where we want to feel sympathy for what he's going through, but his actions of manipulation and deceit prevent us from warming up to him. Brilliant characterization for a character that could've easily been made to be a happy go-lucky scrap refugee like Oliver. And the ambiguous ending of the special shows that not everyone deserves a happy ending on the Island of Sodor, which can also be said about some people in real life!
2) The elimination of Henry to set up the train events between Bear and Dudley was clever. I always viewed Henry as being the logical, sensible engine of the big three (Gordon/Henry/James). Dudley's deceitful acts taking place while Henry was gone was a smart choice to get Gordon and James to agree with the vagrant and turn on Bear. If Henry was present, then Dudley wouldn't have been able to rile up all the hatred that he was able to towards the poor diesel.
3) I love how Sir Topham Hatt feels like a legit authority figure in this special. The final act of the special with him orchestrating the altercation with Dudley, emerging from Toad's cab to stop the vagrant in his tracks, and then proceeding to not let Dudley off the hook from the harmful stuff he did, all feels SOOO right. I give the writers of this story mad props for making Topham feel like a respectable authority figure with a real reputation to uphold as the manager his railway.
4) The entire landslide sequence (starting at 21:37) was perfectly executed. The high-energy music worked to elevate the stakes of the situation, the variety of close-up camera shots gave Dudley an increased sense of speed and momentum, the way how the camera shakes allow the audience to feel the weight of the landslide, and those shots of the coaches zooming by with the POV of the landslide crashing down onto the tracks was the cherry on top. Every climax/accident in this special really feel like true climaxes, and each were treated with such a level of seriousness compared to some of the wacky accidents that were common in the actual TTTE show (mainly in the HIT and BWBA eras).
As a longtime fan of TTTE since I was a child and now being a full-time college student, it's amazing to see the phenomenal work that you and the other creators on this site put up to allow me to relive those moments of childhood nostalgia. Give yourself a pat on the back!
Now that was a great adaptation of Dudley's story. nice detail on adding some of the owl house soundtracks in some parts of your adaptation, which makes it even better. anyway, great job on your adaptation of Dudley's original story by TheBurriedTruck.👍
Cheers Kacper. 🙂
No doubt in my mind, this has be one of the best adaptations of the Dudley arc I've ever watched. The inclusion of Trainz sound effects and Owl House music was clever. Great work as always, Kacper!
Dudley was scarped. His tender was at the end of the video.
U mean scrapped?
@@mikestudioz216 yes
I am with Donald he thinks Dudley is suspicious
This is great! I love the use of the U.S. Oliver the Snow Engine crash theme during Sparks Fly for Bear and how Peter Sam listens to Donald and Henry’s conversation. This is also my favorite Dudley model. Thanks for making this. Keep up the good work!
Looks like james and gordon didn't learn about trust and loyalty
Dude Dudley is a real bully to bear
Very well done! Loved the use of TOH music!
Can't wait to see what's next!
Stupendous job on this one, this should be premiered in a theater instead of only youtube.
Looks like trouble is being caused by Dudley on sodor
This is amazing man! I am so proud that you took all of your time making this! Well done!
Fantastic job on the remake of Dudley the vagrant engine!
Nice that you used some of the music from the Owl House
Damn, this is just outstandingly amazing to watch. I think I might remaster my adaptions of Dudley the Vagrant Engine. 100/10 Kacper!
33:44 OWL HOUSE MUSIC CALLED IT!
Fantastic job Kacper I love it 7:31
This is definitely a nice work, indeed.
FANTASTIC!
This was a great adaptation of the story of Dudley. I hope there will be a sequel one where Dudley, or his ghost, come back to Sodor one day to get revenge on the engines of Sodor, particularly Donald and Bear.
Amazing adaptation I love the use of the owl house ost in some scenes amazing job
Nice work on this video. Also, shame on Gordon and James for accusing Bear of sabotaging Dudley.
I always wonder if those two never learned from diesel’s stint on the railway
@@markpatton370 Me too.
That’s why Dudley has been called the vagrant engine
Yeah, Vagrant Dudley and Devious Diesel.
This was absolutely amazing❤
Great adaptation
I love bear! He is so sweet and innocent. As for Dudley, even though I saw his tender at the scrap yard; I believe that he probably put up a fight and met to leave his tender behind to throw the workers off. He’s probably hiding out somewhere which is why the Diesels can hear him.
Greatest too
This was outstanding!👏😄
dudly is my fav and his face just gives me nightmares
GREAT WORK KACPER!
nice job, dude
Marvelous Work, Kacper
That Was Good Well Done Kacper
Here for Henry (Trainz Adaptation) is Coming on 15th July.
Time for you to jump the Dudley bandwagon!
Do I hear Owl House soundtrack? 😊
Goof: Throughout the whole video the route grid is showing through parts of the turntable circle at Tidmouth Sheds.
I wish there was a video tutorial of how you reskined James, Gordon and Henry's eyebrows, give Bear shake controls and gave the Sodor Workshops Donald and Douglas models TSI driver and fireman figures.
Now that you’ve finished Dudley the vagrant engine, what are you going to adapt next?
12:45 だから押すのやめなよ…
13:32 え、なんでだよ…
Great job Kacper. What will you do next?
I wonder is Dudley going return to get revenge?
nice one on Dudley adaptation

OMAIGAD FR?!!
Not bad!
Well one things for sure, I’m not getting a model of him, he’s actually a bad engine!
I agree with you because he is really rude to bear
Yep he don't have the right to be rude to bear
Yyyeeesss
So is he scrapped or still alive?
His rusted tender is seen at the end so he without a doubt got scrapped
The Trampy voice🤣
Or strange
