    This is one of the moves performed in our Fit Family class, an all level class meant for members whether they're solo or with a workout partner.
    The Get Up works your arms, legs, and core all at once, so it's a great multi-tasker move!
    We recommend doing each side for 30 seconds (or about 16 reps).
