  • The plaintiff says she went to the defendant to get her dreadlocks redone, but she botched the job, and now the plaintiff has to cut off all her hair. She’s suing for pain and suffering. The defendant argues that she worked on the plaintiff’s hair, and everything was fine. The defendant explained the method she was using and is now countersuing for time missed from work.
    The plaintiff claims that his landlord never paid the bills on time, and he went without heat, electricity, cable, and internet on numerous occasions, so he moved out. Now he’s being hassled out of a security deposit and suing for the money he’s owed. The defendant argues that the plaintiff is a gross exaggerator. Plus, the plaintiff stole his surfboard as ransom and is responsible for damages. The defendant is countersuing for travel costs and missed work.
    The plaintiff and defendant were friends, and he let the defendant stay at his home when he fell on rough times. The plaintiff says the defendant overloaded his washing machine and dryer several times, and now it’s broken. He’s suing for the cost of new washing machine. The defendant argues he only used the dryer once and the plaintiff said it was already broken.
