I love this because we’re getting a glimpse of some of the polishing/finishing techniques used in handmade “high horology” movements for watches that cost more than a house. No one else shows you this anywhere on the internet, and believe me I’ve looked.
Hey buddy, just repaird a 1960s Hamilton 992b {bent pallet fork} My guess they were poking at the balance to make it go when dry oil was the real problem. also I have never seen a watch wound so tight lol. I refered to your video to help me. I plan to try my hand at bluing screws in one my watches soon. will let you know how it goes. Thanks
Looks wonderful you have a lot of patients but outcome is beautiful.
Never get tired of watching your work, makes me want to go back to my bench and I just came from there lol . thanks for another great video.
Thanks Mike! What's on your bench these days?
Watching your attention to detail, I am am getting anxious to see mine!
Thanks Mark. Still working with the agencies involved. I'm sure it'll get there :)
I've had 3 of these, I love them a ton, the one I have now is in a Engraved 16S case and with a beautiful steel engraved Art Deco 16s dial
Another good one - thanks
