I used to struggle with the same drugs and the same habits and I felt the same way that you are until I realized and I heard the message that sometimes God lets us go through things and he will wait because just because we think we're ready we're not really ready to quit

How people could come to believe... a loving and caring righteous Holy Heavenly Father, could create a place to torture and torment his beloved children for an eternity, just unbelievable to me, 🕊️

im trying to quit weed and cigarettes for the lord, but when i ask him for some more help because i struggle alot, i dont get answers anymore. he has abandoned me for some reaosn.... dunno what it is, but is this the loving god that we supposedly know? im struggling right now the most in my lfie, and he abandons me bro? really? well, thanks for that i guess.
God judges our hearts not to our actions. That's why he was so harsh on the pharisees! This is why Catholics do not agree with Sola Scriptura... You can't just work your way into Heaven by the things you do if you're not motivated by love. Just like you can't say I'm saved I'm saved and act like a piece of shit after that thinking it's okay I can do whatever I want because I'm saved. If only people could understand there is a place for both ideas it's not one against the other it's one and another.
