The simplicity of the cross will haunt for eternity.
Your soul is at stake.
Hell is a place of fire.
Hell is a forever choice.
Hell is a place of unimaginable pain.
Hell is a fiery furnace.
Hell is everlasting, it never ends.
Hell is a place of weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Hell is full of unbearable torment and anguish.
The doctrine of Hell is about eternal destruction.
Daniel describes Hell as a place of eternal contempt.
God will hate you with a perfect hatred, a perfect wrath.
God is a consuming fire.
God hates the wicked sinner; his wrath is upon you.
Hell is utter hopelessness and despair.
Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, the life. He died on the cross for a ransom, he paid the price for our sins. His blood covers our wretchedness. Seek him, ask him to forgive you. You don't have to go to hell. You can have eternal life, believe in what Jesus did for you. Have faith.
John 3:16-17
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

That same word darkness is also written in 1 John 2:11 talking about a darkness that blinded the eyes of someone who hateth his brother. For all I know it was probably the same darkness that Paul had when he was lost Saul of Tarsus before he met Jesus Christ when he went about breaking one of the ten commandments after he persecuted the believers that followed Christ back in that century years ago. Of course when your lost in the things that nailed Him to that cross you will be very likely to go off committing such evil things like murder or any other sin that God Himself came to save mankind from. And that same word darkness I remember hearing from a character in a movie based upon those Left Behind novels from years before where he talked about the great tribulation being 7 years of darkness. If anything it could be possible this time of trouble called the time of Jacob's trouble will be Hell on earth at its worst unlike any of the other trials that came before it since the early church began in the 1st century.

Hell is just a word, that many use in the wrong way. All I see it saying to not fight against nature ways. If one decides to refuse than chaos will be your hell on earth. Means don't worry about what going on in the after life. One should be worrying about what is happening in the here and now life. That will follow you when you gone for life, by when some mentioned your name.

God Himself also said He creates darkness a word that is found in this verse and a number of other verses in the Scriptures. Hell the place where Satan his angels his false teachers that even includes the man of sin who will rise to power in the time of Jacob's trouble and the false prophet both of whom when that time of trouble comes to its end since it will be 7 years on this earth. Will both be thrown away in that lake of fire and will never be saved from the transgressions and evil tyranny they both will become guilty of when Christ the Son of God comes back to this place.

The same about the cult called the Jehovah Witnesses deny that Hell exists as well just like the same things that those people that David mentioned here in this video for all I know if this is true that they don't believe that Hell is real they are probably still in first Adam and very likely under the ten commandments that God gave to Moses and perhaps are still lost in the sins that get revived by that law that started the Old Covenant years before Christ was nailed to that cross after all throughout the entire holy bible including Galatians 3:10 there is a curse to that law. Not to mention they should probably hear some of the things that I went through after coming to the Son of God the same Jesus that the early church followed years before how I got attacked and went through the ringer with the tempter and his deceptive tactics in this century for him to lose one sinner to Christ would be to lose more sinners that could possibly get converted out of those things he has tempted since the fall happened in the garden of Eden.

Jesus NEVER used the word hellfire. Ever. That is a bald faced lie. He said Gehenna. Gehenna was a garbage dump outside Jerusalem. The word hell never occurs in the Bible, it is an English word, derived from Hela, the pagan Norse goddess of death. This word in used to substitute for 3 other different words, sheol (grave or pit), Hades (grave in it's truest form without mythology) and Gehenna.
These hellfire preachers have been twisting scriptures for centuries to scare their flocks and keep the money rolling in.

Is hell a place of eternal suffering?

What are we to make, then, of Jesus' parable about the rich man and Lazarus? Or of Jesus' warnings about condemnation to a place, "where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched"? Or the judgements of eternal torment in the lake of fire described in Revelation?
Hell makes sense in light of God's justice. I know it's cliche, but think about a man like Hitler. All the hate, suffering and bloodshed he was responsible for, and he simply perishes from existence in his bunker? He escaped the judgement of the Allies with his death, but he will not escape the judgement of God.
Think about your own life. How many lies have you told? How many times have you stolen something, even if it was small?
Jesus taught that if you so much as look at someone to lust for them, you commit adultery in your heart.
He also taught that if you're angry with your brother without a cause, or if you hate, it's judged as seriously as murder. How many times have you done those things?
How many times have you coveted what didn't belong to you, or dishonored your parents? How often have you taken God's Name in vain, used it like a cuss word, or put something before God in your heart and life?
God's Law hangs on two commands, "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength," and "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
We have broken God's Law by wronging Him directly and wronging our neighbors, and because God is absolutely just and holy, He must punish criminals with death and hell. The Bible says, "the wages of sin is death."
Also it's impossible for us to "balance the scales" or earn our way to Heaven with good deeds or religious works. The Bible says, "Our righteousness is like filthy rags before God." How can flawed, finite humans reconcile themselves to the holy, infinite God?
The good news is that God reconciled us to Himself. God sent His one and only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins. Jesus paid the price so we wouldn't have to.
If you're in court with a stack of fines you can't pay, you're in trouble, but if someone steps in and pays the fines for you, the judge can legally let you go because the law has been satisfied. That's what Jesus did for us, and He did it because God loved us and wanted to show us mercy.
And after Jesus was buried, He rose from the dead on the third day, defeating death and proving what He claimed about Himself.
So when you believe in Jesus as Lord, turn away from your sins and trust in Him to save you like you'd trust a parachute, then God will give you a new heart with new desires, you'll be saved and have everlasting life. You have to accept the pardon that Jesus offers by believing in Him.
Here's an example of that: in 1830 a man named George Wilson robbed the U.S mail and assaulted an official who caught him. He was sentenced to death, but President Andrew Johnson sent him a pardon.
Surprisingly, he rejected the pardon. The case went to the Supreme Court, and Chief Justice Marshall wrote the courts opinion: A pardon is like a deed, which needs to be delivered to complete its purpose, and an important part of delivery is acceptance. If it hasn't been accepted, it hasn't completed its purpose, and the court found no power to force it on him. George Wilson was executed, even though he could've been saved if he just accepted the pardon. It's the same way with all of us.
