Learning Parkour - Teaching Myself How to: Wall Spin

  • I decided to learn some more free running tricks today. I should have timed this! Realistically it was about 12 minutes from warm-up to my first land, but probably about 4 minutes of total attempt time (time setting up not included etc).
If I get this down better would you like a tutorial on this? Let me know in the comment section!

Always the best channel! One request feel free to reject, could you set up a parkour run and film it because you do all these amazing tutorials and I’ve never seen you do parkour. But don’t if your not confident or comfortable, I’m just wondering

Are you a human? You are so good and it seems you learn so fast! I am so jealous, I put work into different skills but get too frustrated by mental blocks but I am working on getting over mental blocks as much as skills I am trying to get. I wish I was as fearless as you going into new skills. As a gymnast, and I know this really isn't quite related, the biggest mental block I have is doing a cartwheel on beam. I am scared I am going to somehow roll my ankle when I land even though I have never injured my ankle. Anyways, I enjoy watching your videos and find them inspiring, It is cool to see all kinds of moves people can do and come up with!

You should try to mix tricking and bboy power moves. You're not exactly the most agile out there, so I think showing off your strength would be cooler than what you can do with just tricking.
