Timex Sinclair Online User Group Meeting August 18, 2024

We talked about how to preserve the Timex Sinclair memory and machines in a physical way accessible to many. Is it a museum? Donations to an existing museum? We didn't come up with answers but did gather good ideas about preserving the history.

1:36:02 From what I understand is that Alvin Albrecht is Allen Albright and has written the firmware for the Next (after Victor Trucco had a bit of a nervous breakdown). I think he's from Canada.

1:37:40 Don Superfo made the Xberry Pi which isn't a Raspberry Pi, but has the same small footprint. As such it lacks the edge connector that the Next has, but is otherwise compatible with the Next-it has the same Xilinx Spartan-6 FPGA as the first Kickstarter Next.
