Absolutely the best work on concrete pavers I've seen in my career. I've built homes for decades and used these materials for a long time and I've not seen anyone as thorough as these guys. If you need your pavers cared for in the finest manner you would be nuts to not use this company.
Thank you for making great products! I would love to create a full length video of your product if you would sponsor me. Professional video and editing like in my latest video. Let me know if you would like to do something.
great content, can i wet sand with standard fine washed sand? or do i need to buy specific sand for wet sanding? thank you, fantastic work, appreciate your response
i believe polymeric sand, the minute it touches the water it would lock and create an absolite mess i guess, i was actually guessing its just standard washed fine sand he is using?
Very nice transformation. However, after doing this kind of work for 20 years, I would never ever allow my guys to spray the sealer without masking off all those walls and windows. That could end up being a big yikes 😳 !
Great explanation. Do backpack sprayers not work well with the sealer? Or a sprayer with a teejet tip for a nice fan. Or do the Ace hand pump sprayers just work better?
Also, I've seen people walk right through the driveway from the sidewalk. Why not tape off the walk to the driveway? You have some very nice videos. Great Job.
Thank you for the positive feedback James! Walking on it isn’t as much of a concern as driving on it is. It is good for light walking 20-30 minutes after sealing.
I'm just learning about sealing and I'm a little confused. You said second coat is the flood coat but others do first flood coat and second mist coat. Is it really crucial witch way?
Quick question about the sealed pavers, I probably know the answer, but I’ll ask anyway, does rain water still drain through the pavers or does it travel in the path of least resistance?
That sand is dry right out of the bag , I just did my patio with the Silicast looks great but the paver sand I got was wet in the bag and Is really annoying to try and work in with the broom. What brand sand do you use or recommend that is dry? I'm aware you wet sand too. Great job btw
Thank you for the comment! We use silica sand. We have a supplier close to us. It has a heavy grain and fills up the joints nicely. Good for both wet and dry sanding
I plan on using Surebond 8700 wet look, I assume I can just a garden sprayer. I'm super pissed off, this happened only months after they did this and tried to fix it again! Both times still problems. I am super pissed because even after they came out twice, it's still not right. I need to fix where these contractors failed: ua-cam.com/video/xm8h2ZUq88A/v-deo.html so figured I'd just fix this myself since they can't seem to do it right even coming out a second time in the shady area of my patio. I assume I can take the sand out here, refill it, then spray this on the cracks

Great job, you guys are so thorough!
Great job👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻You guys work really hard and it shows 👍🏻
Thanks for using Ure-Seal H2O! Great job and great video. 👏

Professional steps. At 7:56, is there any reason why you are using normal sand instead of polymeric sand?
If you’re sealing anyways you don’t need poly sand. The sealer locks it into place
Terrible this is the easy bitch way

@@MarcoU308 I tried the polymeric sand and YES it creates one heck of a mess and is very hard to work with

whats a good price range to charge for an entire job of washing, sanding, sealing?
Did you use gloss or regular on that Job looks awesome

what spray do you use for preventing mold?
hi customers here in uk would not be happy with all that presumed black spot being left do you not treat (remove) it ?

What psi are you running through the surface cleaner? I keep reading anything over 1500-2000 can damage the pavers.
what surfactant are you using?
Does that machine remove all the sand too?
Great video! How much is it typically per sq ft
What sealer do you recommend for the Northeast climate.
Same question to Eamon and Edward Cushing. Please let us know if your sealer works in the cold climate of Canada (-30 deg celsius / -22 F)
Great video. Was the sand still wet when you applied sealer?
We waited for everything to dry before sealing
Would you come to Largo. It,s only about the size of a driveway.
Can you seal pavers if its 115 degrees? Or shoukd i wait until the fall to get it done?
How much sealer did you use? Thanks!
How do you clean pavers around a pool?
Great video!!
Why did you switch to a BE surface cleaner from the Whisper Wash Classic?
I use both now. The BE is good for coving a ton of area, but the whisper wash is a lot better for removing tough weeds.
I need the algeacide..can I buy already prepared?
Hi. Is this a one day job or do you need to let the pavers dry after washing and between sealer coats?
you must let dry
what sealer procduct did you use
how much of SH % solution for the pre treat? Great video! Thank you
12.5
Do you have any recommendations for which algicide to use?
I use a mixture of chlorine, water, and soap
What about already sealed paver
...this is fantastic - makes my job (stink) in comparison. Professional vs. my guys (lets hurry and get out of here).
doesn't that take all the sand out of the joints?
I love your company video. My pavers have a condition called effervescence. White marks. Can you help me. I live in Yardville. 7 Langham Way.

I have had sand added and they were powerwashed
Is the algaecide toxic?
What degreaser do you recommend using?
Muratic acid works good on oil stains
My pavers desperately need some TLC.
Nice😊
Your tip doesn’t look like it spreads evenly. Why don’t you use a fike tip?
What would a job like this cost?
Currently our prices are $1.25/sq. ft. This could change depending on the market
Do you charge for material on top of the $1.25 sqft?
would you come to Port St Lucie?! 😅
I seal driveways and patios out of PSL are you still interested?
Just seeing this now! If it is a big enough job we could definitely make a trip out of it! Call me and I can give you a quote
Is it a problem to power wash red pavers then seal ???
Looks great get after it bro.
helo you😊😊😊ok very good good you😊
