Whts the difference between planned failover and Failover? Secondly If we only do failover instead of migration then in the end we do COMMIT?????

This is great, not sure if I missed it but did you fail back to Hyper-V?

What is the default RTO value in Azure ? I see only RPO value when you are migrating a VM from On-Prem to Azure

Hi, what about the windows licence form on-premise , is ok for Azure if my licence is oem? Win 2016 std that came with Dell server, and I use it with 2 Cms? Thank you.

You can use existing license, it can be selected while spinning Azure VM

How many VMs can be replicated in parallel per recovery vault. Do we have any restriction on the count.

why do we delete the data from storage ?, Lets say we migrated an application server with lot of configuration after migration it will work with new public ip, but if that instance crash for some reason how do we reinstate the instance state

    • @itproguide
      @itproguide  4 роки тому +4

You can use azure backup for the same requirement which helps you to reinstate the instance state.

Do we need to do any extra steps If we migrate a web server that is hosting couple of websites. Please let me know. Thanks

You have tune network security group and load balancer if you need high availability.

    Hi,
Local SQL ip: 192.168.25.10 (We are using HyperV)
    When I activate Azure DR
    10.0.2.10
    is happening.
Let's assume that the servers in the company, the firewall are not working.
Then I connected with Azure vpn.
How can I go to 192.168.25.10?
After DR is activated I want to use 192.168.25.10
