Pard NV007v with Meopta Optika6 3-18x50, including modification for better FOV

Pard NV007v with the internal 940nm IR lamp. This is the 12mm version which should have 1-4 x digital magnification (the digital magnification is left at 1x through this video).
I use this night vision device together with a Meopta optika6 3-18x50.
The modification did not improve the FOV at low magnification but it will most certainly help when using a scope with lower magnification levels.
The setup I use is a CZ557 synthetic in .308win, CZ low mounts and Pards standard adapter that comes with the device. This is shown in the end of the video. The Meopta has parallax adjustment wich seems crucial if you want to get good focus on both the cross-hair and what you are looking at.
Sorry for crappy editing and bad sound.. at first I did not plan to be talking but anyway I managed to get the mic working in my headphones..
Anyway hope that this video brings some light on what to expect from this device.. I could not find much on the V version before buying mine..
Also, if you are new to this scope, they feel a bit fiddley at first with all adjusters. I didn't realize until late that once you have set the focus on the screen display (ring furthest back) and the cross-hair (big adjuster at bottom of the device) you don't need to bother anymore with these!
-You only need to use the parallax adjuster together with the magnification lever on your scope.. as you would normally..

I use the device only for observation, and I had a big problem with that white dot due to the strength of the illuminator. now I turned the lens backwards like you and now I can use the device completely normally for observation without optics.

Help.
I can't set the crosshairs to be visible in night mode. What should I do? The center of the crosshair is blurred. Meopta 7*50 and 8+56 swarovsky nova. None of them are good, vague.
