FROM HERE TO ETERNITY again has Deborah kerr paired with Burton Lancaster was just so wonderful she has some indefinable quality of vulnerability and strength which draws you to her characters .can I draw your attention to a film again with Greg peck called ON THE BEACH there are some very beautiful tender scenes with a a Gardner and a fantastic cast although the subject matter of the film is very depressing .I can't stop watching your video so it's me that must thank you starlet .all the very best

On the other hand there is violence, army and death. And this is exactly what you said about Deborah and Burt characters, opposition: vulnerability and strength! 😀 oh yes, I saw "on the beach". I have a little weakness for Gregory so I had to watch it 😇 very beautiful movie with great camera angles, amazing balance between light and shadows, and of course THE CAST! Greg was absolutely the best (I can be biased), but Fred, Ava, and Anthony did a remarkable job as well.
Yes, excellent tribute to an underrated movie. I was very pleasantly surprised watching this video, as it surpassed my expectations by far. Thank you for sharing.

Deborah Kerr was excellent in this movie.However, as much as I love and admire Gregory Peck,I really feel he was miscast as Fitzgerald. Glenn Ford would have been the perfect fit.

I recently saw this movie purely due to its cast, but I too was highly disappointed about the story. No wonder it was a failure. The story after Greg was dropped from films should have been given lift by Greg getting out of alcoholic habbit, and reestablishing himself in story writing and awarded. Then Sheila rejoining him . I dont know why the two big stars opted for it.
I ADORE them both. I had no idea they did a movie together. I'm stoked now to watch it.
