Redragon has really been doing a great job on this side of the market, I remember being really happy with my first K52 keyboard from years ago, and their stuff has only gotten better since. I don't think these would get me to give up my m50x's, but it sounds like they're pretty righteous. Great review as always. Hope you guys are keeping safe and healthy. :)

Off topic for suggestion, I think your video setup will be a lot better from an angle that is zoomed out a bit up to your shoulder level than head level.

Wow! Thank you for the super detailed review! I REALLLLYY wish they were wireless though. f these were wireless, I would 100% buy them! (I have a Razor Nari and the audio quality isn't as clear as I remember it being before) So I went back to my older headset that's a HyperX but it's wired and wires get in the way... I do love the HyperX sounds slightly more clear than the Nari but anyway, thanks for the review! Maybe I'll get them? Maybe I won't. Idk. I'll keep looking. The Noise the mic picks up from keyboards is... not so good, but that's what push to talk is for I guess lol

2:59 the only reason i keep buying TurtleBeach headset is the mute and volume being some kind of analog pre-amp (as far as i understand) which you can mute the mic for real, so it is not a "macro key" volume up, dowm and mute, and also because of some headsets is suited for the xbox 360 controller and now the xONE and ps4 controller, you have a second phone channel, which i really like, since i don't have the hassle of buying more stuff to listen to the console and pc/notebook at the same time.
i like the design of the Zeus H510 because you can remove the microphone, so that's a plus for me

I wonder how it stacks up against kraken x by razer. When I was looking for headset I was really tempted to get this, the options were Cougar Phontum, Redragon Zeus and Kraken X. These 3 headsets are around the same price point with a deviation of 600php. I ended up with kraken and had no regrets since it sounded great and it was quite comfortable. I was able to compare the sound with Phontum since someone i knew bought one for work. The phontum did not even compare in terms of sound quality. Phontum's base muddies the the overall quality.
H510 sounds much better than krakenX and its also more comfortable, idk about cougar phontum

Is there a way to connect the headset to the pc/laptop without using the USB plug? Currently, I have a splitter that is connected to my laptop via USB Port for both the Audio and Microphone. Can I use it on the current splitter that I have? Thank you!
Here after 2 years! I've seen people say that the durability for the cable with the dongle isn't good and doesn't last that long. Is yours still fine or still with you? Planning to buy it next month.
EDIT: I'm debating between the Razer V2 X and this one! I'm leaning towards the Redragon one because I like the microphone more. Design-wise I like the Razer more. really hard for me lol.

hi , i know this headset is pretty good but is it true that this headset have echo , i mean for example if you re in discord with your friends they will hear everything that u listen, or if you re playing a game they will hear everything
late reply but I have this headset for 9 months already and i my friends have no issues with echoing when i am watching videos on pc and connected to discord. Maybe that is an isolated case or its possible that the sound is too loud. The microphone of this headset is very good, i can whisper to it and my friends would still hear me so that is a possible reason but other than that, I havent experienced echoing yet.

Good review, but its missing something important to anyone who understands what they're looking for in headphones, unless I missed it, then I apologize. Specs, frequency range, impedance, things like that I need to know when judging the drivers. I was mostly listening, not watching, sorry if I missed a box spec shot. These are kinda important.
That's all on-the-box stuff that people can look up, so I chose not to include them, but I will keep this in mind for the future

Curious how your engagement has been with longer videos vs shorter. I remember a video saying 10min is a sweet spot for monetization. I’ll be honest, really hard to sit through 20 minutes on headphones.
Hmm good question. On any length video, we get about 20-25% watch time whether it's long or short. I'd rather be thorough than leave something out. In the end, it's up to you. I don't think there's a sweet spot or anything in particular. It depends on you, your audience, your niche, etc.
10 minutes is the sweet spot for the amount of ads to kick in. That’s why there are so many videos that stretch out a 2 minute point to 10 minutes or the person talks really slow (or both). I pay for premium as it’s worth it to me.
I talk slow and talk a lot. Oh well, I add lots of timestamps for people to skip through.
Completely disagree. Product reviews around 5mins are hardly ever actual reviews - they're usually promo vids. Reviews are supposed to give you information that's not already written on the product page or the box. I don't need some guy to read that out loud and end the video, I can read it too without wasting 5 minutes of my life.

this isn't really a good headphone. the pros of this headphone doesn't require it to be 100 percent of volume. 40 percent is considered a ear rape and yet anyone that is almost beside you can hear on what you're listening and this doesn't offer noise cancellation so it's trash. I'd rather go with razer blackshark v2 instead
