I bought the same exact machine 2 years ago. When i got the machine the table had 100 and 10 thousands back lash in it after removing the table i found that it did not even have the back lash screw in it and the screws that healed the brass nut to the table were loose also. After having the machine for about one year the motor developed a bad clicking sound. My openion was it had a bad bearing. Percision mathews did replace the motor. So far no troubles after that.
Excellent series of videos, recently, and Charlie is exactly the right person for this, obviously. Flawless delivery and just the right sarcasm. What are the necessary additional steps to dismantle the machine for moving easier with the ‘factory installed’ DRO? Do the scales remove and index easily, or is there a more efficient method?
The DRO is easy to remove. For the most part though, you will only need to remove the bracket on the back of the saddle, the scales etc can remain attached. If you would like a further explanation, please give us a call.
I wasn’t even aware that you had a UA-cam channel. Subscribed.

Hello. Are metric machines and shipping to Europe available?
Unfortunately, these machines are not metric and we do not ship to Europe.

Awesome video
Nice video. Thank you!
The next video I would do would be on adding a DRO and the slide resolvers to your machine.
Thanks for the input, we will certainly keep that in mind for future videos!
