Love the technique with your knuckles at 10:00 (time). I have chronic widespread pain in this exact area and I self-knead it daily, use dry needling, and now I'm looking at seeing my doctor for exploring the option of steroid injections here. What exactly would you say is the affected muscle(s) here and how would you describe the problem that I'm describing? I would love your thoughts/opinion. Thanks!
