    Your video just popped up into my feed. I have been following the project for a while. So I wanted to clarify a "few" things for you and I guess anyone else reading this who may not be familiar with the title.
    The wooden wall design is actually the Northern and Southern hemisphere of Earth, though its a bit hard to make out.
    The piano actually does function, you just need to use the individual keys. Possible Midi support coming for that later.
    There is a few interactable things you missed. The bridge and CO/XO offices have window controls that let you tint windows and the offices have the option to put up a scenery projection.
    The WIP forward area will eventually be a park. Opposite that on the back of the ship is the shuttle bay, which is equally WIP so not to much missed there.
    The B deck will eventually be VIP rooms and administration stuff. That dark center room was supposed to be a server room, but I think its going to be repurposed.
    0000 Is currently the override code for the door locks.
    Most of the main systems are faked in terms of power currently, but if the reactor goes offline the power would drain from the batteries. While the reactor is on, it charges the batteries. But you are correct, eventually it will be possible for batteries to be damaged or wear down over time and need to be replaced.
    Depending on where you flip switches, you may only effect power or lighting for one hallway or you might knock out power on the entire ship.
    If you change the ship name it would have changed it on the hull, consoles, and most other places you see the ships name.
    The ships crew compliment will eventually be about 200 people, As of right now no cap has been put on multiplayer numbers as it needs further testing. But players would replace AI crew members.
    The 2 weeks real travel time is what the dev is aiming for to get from one side of the galaxy to the other if you were not to stop for fuel.
    The maximum range on the scanners is 50 lightyears, but the list of planets caps out at 100 I think, so usually you can't see all of the planets in that range unless you are in a less dense area of the galaxy or you are filtering for specific things like blackholes.
    The dev has been working on the other tutorial since around the time you made this video, I think his next major goal after that is expanding scanning and adding the first stuff to the science decks like the probe launcher which are intended to retrieve samples from alien worlds.

      Massive talent. Shame Paramount had to Paramount, but this one they should be free and clear to accomplish their vision.
