I've made most my money on lighthouse scav runs. I like to start looting the 2 story house in village. Then head to northern mansion and look for repair kits in the garage. Then I'll kill a pmc there if I need a bigger bag. Once I hit the southern mansion and I have southern road extract I will drop my Armour and gun to drop my weight down for faster movement since your guaranteed to not run i to a pmc from there,and when or if I get a tank battery and multiple gold spawns at the southern house,then extract southern road. I've found 2 bitcoin and a tank battery multiple times.
don't pickup repairkits -> losing out on 1m/6 slots~=167k a slot(but at the making of this comment it's 1.3m+)(and weapon repair kits are pretty much 230kish, that one is probably not worth it)
My fav money making in pve is green to blue to black and out. And if i got good spawn i go for weapon testing. 😇 this make me like in 10 runs around 15-20 mil. 😇 i go with vest helm umka or something like umka and mechanic bp and pistol. Ez money. I already done like 50 runs, found like around 15 ledx and 5 gpu and 5-10 bitcoins 😇 And also hideout iteams, 2 of each those u need for intel 3 and solar. This runs take about 15 mins each.
Up to you really. As long as you have a big backpack when you do it then go for it otherwise I would save for PMC in order to have more space for the items within it

It's worth to check every room in the mansion because every table in those rooms spawns valuables.

At the time of making the video it was 360k per armor repair so basically discard but since has gone up and as you say would be worth it
Nice video, this has been well known since lighthouse released as there are so many rare spawns on this map. I think it'll be untouched.

The seats in cinema room spawn intelligence and sometimes even a gpu
There is a Intel spawn on one of the seats in the theater also

you can but I showed for people who don't want to risk anything at all. I only ever run PMC since you can use keys and everything else.
