Hi, maybe you can also answer my question I recently asked regarding using workbook along with video course where my students would need to be able to write either along with my pre-recorded video or even after each presentation but I would hate for them to have to wait until they receive the paperback version in the mail to use, and I'm dreading the other option of making each writing space on my digital workbook option fillable because that will take forever but if that's what I have to do, I will.
Yes, I'm addicted to Canva. I use for all of my projects including book covers, social media posts, workbook creation, business cards (when I'm not using Vista Print), logo ideas, flyers, etc.
Awesome thanks! But I cannot see how to get the grey background - the 'grid' has only a basic version of this - not nearly so detailed as you are using in this tutorial...
Is the feature where the menu pops up next to the element and older feature. I've just recently started using canva and the menu for fonts, size etc is across the top.What am I missing?

Hi, enjoyed your video tutorial. Question, I already created a digital and paperback workbook using Canva to use as an new online course now actually. I'm including the workbook as a part of the course that students will use along with my workbook video course but they will need to write in it during course exercises. They will receive the book via postal mail and also have the option of downloading the digital instead but would I have to make all of the writing spaces fillable because that will take forever LOL! Other than that, they would have to wait until they receive the paperback in the mail to write on which will hold up their start of the course. I'm not what to do. I hope this made sense. I'm a bit tired and sleepy and probably could have asked this question using 20 words instead of 100 or more...
Karolina do you mean are they editable for your users? In order for them to be an editable PDF you would need to edit the PDF you created in Canva with Adobe Acrobat. This tutorial from Adobe walks you through the process. helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/convert-word-excel-paper-pdf-forms.html

After you've made the worksheet, are the clients able to type right on the worksheets for their convenience? Or is only printable?
Unfortunately they aren't editable unless you make them an editable PDF using adobe acrobat pro.
