You made me feel so much better! I am in the midst of starting a new channel and eventually an ecourse...and I have 0 clue on how to do it! Ahhhhh! I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way ❤️❤️❤️
Sarah thanks so much for your honest enthusiasm. I have been looking for mentors who are ahead of me far enough that it feels reasonable! And ones who share realistic facts. I hit the gold mine with you. Looking forward to checking out the rest of your stuff. Thanks! Casey
Thanks for the rundown! That was helpful and just good reminders, like fear and perfection holding you back. The one biggest piece that was good for me personally was to start way smaller with my course than I've been thinking about. I have a behemoth course about creating and selling wedding albums, but now I'm thinking about making it a course series that I can bundle instead.
I agree with the start small and like you, all my content came from my peeps who are all having the same problem BUT I've gotten my information through the groups we're in where they express the same exact issues, so I know what to hone in on and how comprehensive to make it.
Great tips. I have five ebooks on Amazon, I teach classes locally but I have yet to create (or rather, finish) my first e-course? Any tips? Also, can I ask how much you charged for your first "beta" course?
You seem nice and it's very rah-rah but I'm looking for the nuts and bolts. How do I record my screen, how do I best edit my videos, how do I plan my content, how do I advertise it? I am a tutor and I don't have an email list of thousands. Also it would help to know what kind of course you created; they are not commodities.
Charlene Bell hi - not trying to intrude here but just ran across your question and thought I’d tell you the platform and tactics I use. I use Thinkiffic. It’s free to get started. There’s also Teachable and other platforms that offer similar services. Target your email list for the beta round. I recommend waiting until you have around 200 - 300 subscribers on your email list before you start pitching your course. Then pitch it and allow only a few (maybe 10) in the beta course (at a discounted rate) - then use the feedback from the beta folks to make the course better and start your product launch sequence to the rest of your email list. I would allow the beta folks access at no additional costs. Hope this helps!
Sorry, I have downloaded this video to my laptop for offline learning needs, because to save quota. Sorry if it hurts. I'll delete all the videos, bro. I watch it via the UA-cam Go application only. Thank you in advance.
Can you tell me what you did your course on? Can we teach what we know about and are excellent at without having a license with our state or something? I would so but you never know

I needed to hear this. I wanted to do a tarot training course but most of my followers are healing from narcissistic abuse.
4:17 - Can I just stop and say that you are fantastic. You have a "compelling" vibe.
