  • Qubani Ka Meetha | Hyderabadi Famous Sweet:
    Ingredients:
    • Qubani (Apricot) - 1 Kg
    • Sugar (Cheeni/Shakkar) - 800- 900 Grams (according to taste)
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tea spoon
    • Rohafza Syrup - 1 Cup
    • Shehad (Honey) - 2 Table Spoon
    • Fresh Cream - For garnishing
    • Pani (Water) - 3-4 Cups
    Procedure:
    • Wash the Qubani and soak it overnight or at least 8 Hours.
    • Now separate the soaked qubani and water used for soaking in separate bowls, as shown in video.
    • Now remove the seeds of qubani as shown in video.
    • Now wash the seeds and keep the water used for washing seeds in a separate bowl.
    • Now break the seeds for badam as shown in video, will use these badams for garnishing.
    • Now take a Bowl and add seedless soaked qubani and add the water kept aside before, as shown in video.
    • Now add little water, in case required to dip all the qubani properly.
    • Now cook it on medium flame until its cooked 70% (approximately 25-30 mins), by mixing it on regular intervals.
    • Now with the help of spoon randomly smash some of the qubani while mixing.
    • Now add sugar and cook it on medium flame for 15-20 minutes until the sugar dissolves and consistency of syrup becomes thicker and color changes.
    • Now close the flame and leave to cool for room temperature.
    • Once the cooked qubani is cooled down, then add vanilla essence, rohafza syrup, Honey and mix it properly.
    • Now the qubani is ready, dish out it and garnish it with fresh cream as shown in video and also garnish it with badams which we extracted from qubani seeds.
    • Refrigerate it and serve it chilled.
    • That’s it friends, the sweet and delicious Qubani ka Meetha is ready.
