I bought a Pure last year and the dealer took me to the delivery room. Yes! A small bench, some plants and big windows, almost like a fishtank. And there it was, my new bike! With a cup of coffeein my hand the dealer talked me through the bike whilst a mechanic mounted the numberplate. What a day!
Glad they explained everything the bike can do. And that's exactly why I want a BMW motorcycle. I bought a Kawasaki as my first bike and they were kinda like "here you go" and I left the dealership. Nothing special. I would like this treatment as a future customer of BMW. Shows that they care.
Kayden: Glad you enjoyed our higher level of customer service via UA-cam...wait until you experience it in person. Thank you for watching and commenting...subscribe for more fun!!! Cheers, ~Nate
Nathan Jennings could you make a video of how to remove the pillion's pegs subframe and the accessories and parts needed? Great video and awesome customer support, mate!
Here is a link to a 2015 I did way back in the day sir. Thank you for watching and look forward to checking this one out and seeing what you say: ua-cam.com/video/OiDJab4W33U/v-deo.html Cheers, ~Nate
I really like your videos! I’ve been watching them for awhile now... would love to buy the bike from you but unfortunately I live in another country. Currently I’m on the market looking for another bike; I’m trying to choose between the R Nine T and the monster 1200 basic version... which one do you think will be more fun to ride?? Im really happy with bmw products but I really love the looks of the monster too... I already have a bike for commute... so Im looking for a fun bike, thanks! 6’1 , 187 Lbs rider
Pedro: That's great to hear and hope you continue to watch. If you are looking for fun then the Monster 1200 might take the cake but the RnineT has it's own quirky character that makes it fun in it's own way!! What conditions do you ride in, where are you contacting me from? Also, what is your riding background and experience level? And you do realize I can ship bikes all over the world, have sent them to South America, Russia, etc. so maybe if I have a used unit you are interested in I can still help you all the way through the purchase process. Look forward to hearing back ; ) Cheers, ~Nate
Nathan Jennings That was quick! I currently ride a GS800 and a S1000RR in Guadalajara, México. In the city the roads are usually really bad and a peak hours the traffic goes crazy too; basically I’m trying to choose between those two because of their looks and reviews!! My commute is usually on the GS... Will be great to see if you have a bike that could be send to Guadalajara and be a good deal for both! Either way thanks for your reply Nathan!
In the Urban environment I would probably go with the RnineT as the Boxer powerplant will explode from stop to stop with a more forgiving nature that is cooler running in the slow speed stuff, if you only plan on taking this beast out to the mountains and letting it open up let's go Monster 1200!!!! I have a used RnineT Aluminum tank, USED, in stock we can work a deal out on....ua-cam.com/video/9Ibyr5qOslw/v-deo.html Cheers, ~Nate
I've bought a lot of vehicles in my life; this is the finest orientation speech ever!

Listening to that was painful. "Look out guys BMW coming through", for fk sake.
Great handover man ... Not sure about the high fives though? Oh and by the way. It's aluminium and not aluminium !
Paul Harrison its aluminium not aluminium?
I think he meant, the word is 'aluminium', not 'aloominum'. It's pronounced the way it's spelt. Kinda simple really.
If I had the means. I’d own this one with my RT
Kevin: She's a special little beast isn't she. Cheers, ~Nate
