    Ingredient's required:
    (1) Sougri Thongba
    Sougri / Roselle leaves or Gongura, 1 & 1/2 handful
    Hooker chives, 1 handful
    Onion, 1 ( medium)
    Ginger, 1 inch
    Ngari / fermented dry fish (slightly dry roasted), 4/5 pc
    Green chillies, 6/7
    Chopped Coriander leaves, a handful
    Salt, as per taste
    Dry Rohu fish , 1 (small)
    Dry prawns, 1 handful
    Water, 3 cups or as per requirement
    (2) Lafutharo Paknam ( Banana flower bake)
    Lafutharo ( Banana flower), 300 g
    Hooker chives, 200g
    Besan, 1 cup
    Slit green chilli, 15 to in nos.
    Fresh turmeric ( grated), 1/2 inch
    Ngari / Fermented dry fish (slightly dry roasted), 7/8 p
    Salt, as per taste
    Water, 1 or 2 tbsp
    (3) Lukhoibi Aloo Kanghou / Fiddle head fern stir fry
    Chopped Lukhoibi/ Fiddle head fern , 250g
    Round sliced Potato/ Aloo, 250g
    Cooking oil, as per requirement
    Chopped Onion, 1 ( medium)
    Ground Garlic, 8/9 cloves
    Ground Ginger, 1/2 inch
    Cumin powder/ jeera powder (1 tsp)
    Chilli powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, as per requirement
    (4)Fish fry
    Catfish , 13 /14 pieces & refined oil for frying
