I saw Carlson going over to Hart and getting advise on his play. Of course I couldnt hear him but the way Hart's hands were talking, it had to be about his game. That's a really promising sign.
I really want this core roster to stay together for as long as humanly possible. Sam needs to do whatever it takes to make it happen because it’s obvious that this not only wins games but has championship probabilities
I hope we make Dallas pay at home the way we paid back Cleveland the next week at Paycom. It will be great fun to hear the crowd of fans get into it. Make them pay with your play Thunder!
It won’t matter. I’ve been in the loop with Mavs fans talk and win or lose, they will always think they have a chance against the Thunder in playoffs based solely off last season
I hate to break it to you guys. If you give SGA, J Dub, and Chet max contracts, you’re only going to be able to keep a couple guys out of that group of Hartenstein, Dort, Wallace, Caruso, Wiggins, and Joe. You’ll have to fill out the rest of the roster with rookie contract players to stay out of the 2nd apron
You have to get rid of two of them, one in 26/27 and another in 27/28, but they can easily keep this team together next season. If they sign Ajay and go into next season with 0 changes, they are still a 0 tax team. You can keep the core starters and at least two or their rotation guys long term. Kenrich might also choose to stay on a min for many years after his current contract. But you're not wrong, having 1-2 1st's per year to keep spots 10-15 cost controlled will be important.

I only want to now, JUST so others (Dallas, Boston, Cleveland) don't get him. Other than that, this team seems perfect WHEN healthy. But hopefully that doesn't change to IF THEY EVER get healthy. If it seems injuries will be constant, then you have to get insurance by getting him.
I do NOT. He has a large contract and would cost depth, team chemistry/morale, and draft compensation. He’s not worth that. Wiggs and Joe are on team friendly contracts. Both Wiggs and Joe show promise for growth in their games, too. The only teams that I realistically think can acquire CJ are Thunder, Kings, and Pacers. I don’t think Pacers or Kings are teams to fear.
Naw. If we lose Wiggins or Joe, I don’t think Cam could fill their place in the locker room. It could potentially hurt chemistry especially since this upgraded team hasn’t even had a chance to reach playoffs yet to see where the weak spots are

Why nothing on Chet ? Troubling news regarding him, and especially since the media seems to be covering for the thunder. Can’t say someone is progressing after an 8-10 week and say it’s gonna take 3-5 more, that’s what you call a setback not progressing .
That’s just factually wrong. The 8 to 10 week window was never about returning to play. They put in their release at that time the update following that window will only be about his return to play protocol. He is absolutely on track for the initial timetable. Talked about it on the Mavs recap

Maybe that’s the time table but it’s still concerning for a thin big man who has missed over half of his playing career to this point , that’s my main point you’re right that they did say 8-10 weeks for an update but damn Chet’s injuries might become a big problem
U seem to be missing a few screws in the head buddy 😂😂 have u never seen a nba injury report before, this is how it always works. Also very funny to me how u are recommended thunder vids or u willingly watch thunder related vids but seem to have a pretty negative view of Chet. Never made sense how smo can waste their time spreading negativity
It isn’t the media. We send out the word for word press release of what they send us. If you read the first press release on the injury it clearly states that the next update would only be about his rehab once he could return to the working out portion not about him returning to games. He was immobilized for a chunk of time and on crutches for another chunk he isn’t just going to pop back into an nba game. Never was the plan

Cason has amazing,y sure hands and feet and he is major efficient in his play. He’s deadly.
Cason really shows more every game. His steals and defense are awesome but there is so much more to come.

I hope he continues to drop those 3's at a high level every game. Love to see him make those 3's from the Paycom logo.
