Lovely place, beautiful walk down the tow - path....does get muddy when it rains, so good footwear recommended! Have had the food in there before, and wasn't blown away....nice for a drink though, on a nice sunny day....thank you for taking us along with you both....👍😻🤗

It’s a stunning location for a pub & lodgings. Visited many times down the years, but only once for a meal. Pity the food wasn’t quite up to scratch for the price, maybe an off day for the chef? I’ll probably try the food next time I visit.
talking off food.. when are you free? was thinking off grabbing some lunch myself and Daily Vlog Adventure and was thinking if you would like to join us? of course the lunch would be on us for a small catch.. haha a little interview with yourself if your up for that?
Been there a few times for a drink and a packet of peanuts..my peanuts looked better than your gammon..😂 it is a very scenic location not far from Blackpool and Preston and Barton Grange garden centre is just further down the road..thanks lads for highlighting this pub & location.
Hi Chris; yes it’s a wonderful place and some great walks near here, lovely thatched buildings and amazing views, highly recommended this place, and yes the gammon wasn’t the best but maybe I just got a rouge steak lol
Looks a really nice place, didn't catch exactly where it is. We will try and get there sometime. Suppose the food is probably the bog standard you'll get in most pubs. Another fantastic video mate, ta.

Great vlog (Again) Before we left Blackpool, we went to Guys Court for a meal, this was just before we bought and moved onto our narrowboat 😂 I started laughing when I realised 😅

@@TheBlackpoolLads We’re currently in the midlands, on what was to resemble a lake - wow, they did a fantastic job, and one we’re so thankful for (we’re on Shugborough Hall land, on the Tixall Wide) We live here now, or we do for two-weeks 😆 Narrowboats are an amazing way of life! We’ve been so warm and toasty during the winter (not like last year! 🥶) I’ll keep you updated ☮️
