People be in the comment section saying we need to stop glorifying Drug Dealers. Drugs decimated our communities but at the time no one knew what the impact was gonna be and the opportunities young people have now werent available back then. It wasn’t like people were choosing to destroy their neighborhoods people were choosing to eat and get theirselves out of a life of poverty. Only in hindsight do you look back and realize how destructive that choice was

The crack epidemic was the 80s, BMF (although started in the 80s) was mostly a 90s thing. "no one knew what the impact was gonna be". Those in the 80s had the 60s and 70s to see what the impact was when heroin was ruining the communities. Those in the 90s like BMF had the 80s to see that. So seriously, what are you talking about? Just trying to come up with justifications. As for the line about opportunities, I could argue that a lack of opportunities in Compton doesn't stop someone from driving or riding a bicycle out of Compton into Downtown L.A. or other areas. It isn't like there's a large brick wall blocking off access to outside areas where there are jobs. But this is debatable and I will admit that for more rural areas or large cities that are surrounded only by rural areas, this might be a problem.
