    I use your other method using lime as coagulant and the tofu is always very firm. Sprinkling the lime/water solution as the milk boils is truly the secret to firm tofu.

    Hey queen, I used your lemon method to make tofu here in the abroad for the first time and it came out goooood. You're a great instructor. Keep up the good works. Ps. This is the first time I've tasted tofu and it's kind of chewy like chicken with a soya flavor 😁 I wish I could attach a pics here 😂

      Awww 😀 I am so Happy it turned out great for you. Tofu is so delicious and healthy instead of Meat chicken everytime😀 Apply salt and spices to the tofu Then fry it or bake it before putting it into your stew / soup . Enjoy❤️✨

    I know one can use water extract from Corn Pap to do the same which is safe for health.

      Yes, Use the Satchet Epson Salts. Open several of it mix with water and sprinkle 👍

      When the tofu is formed abd ready you Can add pepper,salt, oil and spices to marinate few mins Then fry it or bake. OR when scooping the tofu into tofu box sprinkle in pepper before allowing it to release water.

    Perfect work, what can the sap derived from the beske be used for, can someone still eat it Also for how long can the tofu last without fridge, how can I preserve it not to spoil

      Thanks dear. U can use the sap for baking bread or pastries or cookies or Manure /fertilizer
      It can last 3 days without fridge , To keep it longer place it all inside water and change the water every day. YEARS FROZEN.
      Secondly,to keep it longer Steam it, add spices of choice with salt Maggie etc put small liquid or marinate it. Fry or Bake it. Use it to make your stews or soups

      Upto two weeks change soak in water and change its water Daily for best outcome or store frozen for years

      Nope. Dis is not meant to be swallowed in foods although its medicinal( used to cure headaches ir muscle pain) however Go to ur pharmacy or supermarkets to buy it. NOT THE COOKING SALT

      EPSON SALT. You can buy it from the chemist shops or markets. I can also use plenty lemon diluted with small water then sprinkle

      Kindly watch my video follow the steps and it will never ever break 😂 A bonus tip use good coagulant enough to separate the tofu from the water (whey) secondly Place very very very Heavy items on the tofu to strain for Hours or overnight before you Cut it. Thank me later 👌

      You Can ask pharmacies to recommend you a preservative for a Well sealed and NEATLY packaged tofu for business. Or store and sell frozen or if you dont have fridge deliver based on orders or People’s needs, however Tofu Can last long as long as you soak it in water and change the water every Day. Finally, you Spice and steam dem and fry or smoke it and sale too. Video Will come soon on my Channel stay TUNED

      Its a High protein plant substitute for Meat. If u want to cutdown or completely stop eating animal proteins, TOFU IS A GREAT OPTION.
