And it's totally healthy behavior of your beloved ones, it's totally fine for them(esp for male partners) to go to the nearest store and buy all that period related stuff for their moms, sisters, wifes and etc. And it's totally fine to talk about period bcs I'm sorry, but it's NATUTAL physiological process in the female body. Idk about other countries, but in the US some brands have disposable applicators with them. Some are cardboard and some are plastic. They make it a lot easier to use tampons, but the downside is all the extra waste. I've heard of reusable applicators, but I haven't found any.
