Is this really Chief Justice court? Looks like a overcrowded street market. No one is speaking in order. Defense Lawyer speaks without judge asking for response and vice versa for other side of lawyers. Why so many lawyers standing besides lead attorney and in background. Shameful.
In a court there will be arguments, counter arguments, interruptions and interjections. That is part of the process. As long as the case moves there is no concern. What is your problem? You are new to anything legal?

Yesterday our cm meet with student body leaders of the protestor and agreed to 99% of their demands and has taken action today but only 1 media channel out 20 spoke the real truth that the student body has been simple stabbed in back , one of the demand was chief of police who also happens to be close aide of cm and multiple tmc politician has to resign and cm agreed guess what within one day he resigned and at the same time he has been promoted to be the head of special task force.
And all the media is only showing proudly that he has resign. The student body hurried this meeting and agreed to no live stream and became a gullible cake to be eaten clean on mamtas plate.
And let me tell you a little more about our demoted chief of police / promoted head of special acction task force this guy has been told to resign from the center govt even before this case and guess what mamta did she said he was helpful in last year durga puja security and she wants him to be there as chief till 2024 puja.

In my country we have to wait for each person to finish their statement and then ask thre judge for permission to speak. This islike a circus..really something to laugh about. This whole issue is one boring episode. From the CBI to the judge to the CM to the Cops to the News broadcastors everything is a joke. I was glued to the incident from day 1 but now its just a waste of my good tkme.

They were in the hospital and the victim was part of the hospital, why these hooligans are talking about another hospital that they can not give initial first aid to keep her alive if she is found alive? if she is dead, it do not matter but the post mortem had to be done by some one genuine and officially authorised to do so. What is the question of another hospital near by? short of staff? looks you just may not want to give justice to the victim! I may be wrong but I am not a a lawyer!
