I love that Tshirt with the Ugandan flag. For sure you are our grandma to all the children from Africa. How I wish to come and visit in Bulawayo, bring all my children to come and see your projects and developments of our Gogo, mix with locals, eat local food and enjoy the cool environment. Thanks a lot for all the encouragements. We are following and our plans are already set. OUR RETIREMENT WE ARE GOING BACK HOME-MOTHERLAND AFRICA
32:01 vey informative. Buying inputs from 2ndary market shifts the budget. If one purchases construction inputs late november/ december or early january, there is an artificial shortage of things like building sand, 19mm stones, transport cost etc. Mainly because bigger players in tht space are closed for xmas and plant maintenance. 2ndary market steps !!!
Hello Gogo, Am Ugandan loving your inspirational videos' I can see my country's flag on your body. Watching from Eaton centre downtown Toronto Ontario Canada.
Uganda in the house!! Yes I have been to Uganda and loved it. I will go back to visit. I just was in Toronto not too long ago. The next time I will let y'all know I'm in town
Thank you. It is always my joy to be with the children and grandchildren. I am also proud that I have made it clear to them , Africa is me and I make no apology for loving it
Thanks for sharing some valuable insights 👍👍👍. Great project there! Totally agree with investing back home, after all at the end of the day, home is always best. I am sure Banket is in Mash West though.
Haaaaa am I the only one who’s noticing the undeniable chemistry between these two. I’ve watched all your videos muri two and ah. Let me not saying anything. Love everything about all the videos. Banter no shade.!!
I always enjoy your vlogs! 😊 This is great advice. We have the same concerns when buying properties in Jamaica. The food looks delicious! My favorite food. I am Jamaican living in Jamaica. I find it so interesting that we eat the same food no matter where we live in the African diaspora. We have been separated for a long time but we are still connected in may ways. I watch your channel because I moved back to Jamaica and it seems returnees to Africa have similar issues to returnees to Jamaica. So I am learning a lot from your channel.
Thank you so much for your support. Jamaica in the house, I am so humbled. Indeed we are one people and embracing each other strengthens us. Our challenges are the same and we sure can learn from each other. One day in my lifetime I hope to visit Jamaica. Thanks again for the support❤️🙋🏾♀️
@@KayasGogo Yes we are coming together as one. We have so much similarities. I hope you will come to Jamaica next time you visit the USA or Europe. I will send you my contact info so that I can make some suggestions when you are planning your trip. I would love to meet you as well.

I don't doubt what you are saying. Asi tiri kutenga dzimba nema stand zvakadaro. There is a light flickering with hope
I am afraid, Mazvikadei is in Mashonaland West not East….
You are quite right.
Good job gogo Kaya can I have bro Leon's builder Mr Hove's number & his lawyer's number abt to start building.
I have it on a previous video in the description (builder). Working on compiling helpful information list
With all due respect- the interviewer needs to give the interviewee an opportunity to talk - there needs to be a balance. 🙏
