I’m rebuilding my home back in Botswana it’s expensive like any other Country in Africa , it’s my country and my retirement Plan so I’m taking it nice and slow I’m getting there day by day ❤
Keep the focus and good luck neighbor ❤️
It looks an absolutely fantastic plot in what I know is a fantastic country.

Love it here
Gogo, you have a very good property, enjoy. God bless.
Aaaaw thank you
What a weather twist! Four days of no sunshine in Zimbabwe sounds like Mother Nature took a little vacation, while South Africa's snow is a wild seasonal shift! ❄
Kudos for embracing Plan B with boiling water and bucket baths-nothing like a warm bucket bath to save the day! 😂 Now that the sun is back, it’s clear you’re loving life in Zimbabwe with your chickens and veggie garden. Who needs a hectic lifestyle when you can enjoy fresh air, homegrown food, and a mortgage-free life?
And honestly, who wouldn’t pick sunshine over snow? Bring on the warmth! ☀ Can't wait for the next video-stay fabulous!
@traveByNature, this weather has been kinda crazy for this time of the year. Yes, the bucket bath is great, I don't mind it at all. The weather has improved and you will bot hear me complain that it's hot!! I'm enjoying tending to the little chicks, I will show them soon. Thanks for the support 🥰❤️
Four days of sunshine might the shocking in bulawayo or a region like matebeleland but people can go a week plus without any sunshine in manicaland and the eastern highlands in general and the its much more frequent, i know traditionally the eastern highlands can be cold and has nice cool weather and greenery all over for most of the year but seasons are definately changing.
WOF, this gives us an opportunity to think about how we as Africans can invest in different projects. We should look for solutions for water, solar and other things that come along with that. Keep fighting, we will join you soon. The main thing is to produce something that is lucking. Let people look for opportunities where there's a problem. Thing outside the box.
We are listening & we love you Mama .Please keep sending those videos ❤️🙏🏾
Aaaaw, thank you for the support. ❤️❤️🙋🏾♀️
Wow!!! It’s almost 5 years already? It seems like yesterday when you were on that flight home!!!
Where did the time go ? It seems like yesterday
Yeah even in Ghana too the weather has changed it has been raining and that’s unusual.
It is undeniable this climate change
Woow beautiful home i tap into the anointing

Thank you for being so authentic especially when you mentioned about there being no sun and how we have to adapt kkkkkk
If you want to make it here, you have to make some changes, it starts with the mind 🤷🏾♀️Where there is a will there's a way , use the bucket to bath kkkk

You need both Solar & generator or 7 day battery storage
It's a wise investment for sure . We have enough sunshine
Kaya’s Gogo this video is so timed with the experience we had in Gweru
Yooohhhh 😅😅😅😅😅
What happened? You can email me. I'm all ears 🥰🙋🏾♀️
@@KayasGogo ZESA cut off everyday and as if that's not enough, tsotsis vandalised transformer result in blackout for three consecutive days.
Like you experienced, our solar system depleted by the 2nd night. It was extremely cold in Gweru. No sun to help charge batteries, no sun to help solar geysers to heat water. We had guests around. My dear 😩.… but we tough on and still love it in Gweru. Things happen and pass just like everywhere else in the world 😂😂😂😂
Good property you are enjoying there kaya's gogo

Thanks for the support ❤️
Congratulations on your success. Not many people can afford this property; more than half a million dollars are there. My only problem is the binary thing of Zimbabwe versus the diaspora. It is not a competition. Just highlight how nice Zimbabwe is, and for those thinking of coming back, these are the options. People are in the diaspora for a reason and most regularly come back to Zimbabwe; therefore, they are well aware. There is no problem if you do the cost breakdown so that we can appreciate if this is within our reach.
Thanks for the comment, truly appreciated
Building in Zimbabwe is very costly than any other African country. I'm blessed that I had options, born in Zimbabwe to South African parents and British grandparents, I opted to owning property in SA and UK.
Good for u as we building in our land Zimbabwe😊
It is the beauty of the land and the people that draws some of us back
I built in Zim and bought in SA. Zim is my home, but cannot match SA in terms of cost (Zim is more costly- it has always been even before independence) and quality (Zim quality is substandard, the finishings are poor)
@@ROGUE406 I concur
SNOW in South Africa for real? Nobody told me

Pricing in USD like pricing in ZIG,
Multi currency
Why is Zimbabwe so expensive.?
For the why is the question 🤔
Zim has always been more expensive than its neighbours. Even before independence. Several explanations:
- Cartels: a legacy of UN sanctions against Rhodesia, and sanctions after independence. Nyika survives sanctions through runners and sanctions busters who are shielded from competition by the State.
- Low manufacturing base: we don't manufacture much. We import most things through runners and cartels.
Please clean up your back yard
