I don't read much fiction, except for a laugh now and then. As for the first book mentioned the general problem with the group who calls themselves "spiritual" is they are looking to train their minds to be positive without any plumb line or any firm beliefs. In other words as long as it feels good and there's no perception of hurting others. And that's nice but it won't ever be enough.
The covers of these Romcom books are always giving "Middle school book fair" . One of the reasons why Underage people end up reading them. The covers are always so vibrant and cheerful , but the content is literally fifty shades of gray.
These seem really interesting, ill definitely read some of them in the future.
