this is the worst and most expensive vehicle I've ever owned. you will have air ride suspension problems and replacement. blower motor issues very expensive to repair. the r 500 is awesome when it works. but not worth anything but to look at. Mercedes should be ashamed to have created this car for sale. it is a big expensive lemon of a car.
air ride suspension can be easily converted on spring one and blower motor issue isn’t only on this car i have BMW E61 and have had the same issues that you have but can’t say for a second that is a bad car. I want to buy a R500 with the M113E50 engine on copart or iaai
I love my 2006 R 500. Awesome space, light, comfort, conveniences.
Just bought one. Guzzles gas like a sailor who drinks but I love the power and ride. No wonder they stopped putting this engine in them lol.
6 passenger? 5 passenger / driver
@@InstructorDriving 6 passenger including driver. Backseat has captain chairs and movable console.
Only thing I don't like about this car is the minivan looking front end and headlights.

Bad build quality shown 2:14.
Why make an R class anyway?
