This shows this video is a year old I was informed by an employee who worked for Mercedes 30 years he said that the R platform is based on the CL platform not the M, the standard engine in the United States was the 3.5 V6 and AWD the 2006 model came fully loaded Mercedes thought they were too expensive so they started deleting options I'm getting

Honestly around 25 in the city and in the 30s on the highway
