This is correct. The application works independently. The application only controls the settings of the smartwatch and also imports the contents of the smartwatch. Not the other way around.

@@hexahedralmfr4614 Turn on the location on your phone, the smartwatch needs to know where to show the weather. Also allow the application to locate, access photos, etc. Hold your finger on the application icon and enter "app info". It's on Android, it's probably the same on IOS.
How do you disable the military hours?
Have you solved it yet? What does "military hours" mean?
@@Gadgetsnewsandtests Military time uses a 24 hour clock, so like after 12:59p.m instead of it being 1 o’clock, they use 1300 hours. So if you’re not good at knowing that time, u just subtract 12 from the military time you’re trying to figure out. So like, let’s say you have 1500 hours, just do 15- 12= your actual time ( 3:00 p.m)

Hi, my heart rate is really inaccurate. Whilst doing a run it was clocking and staying at 52. That can’t be correct. How can I increase the accuracy? Is there something I need to do?

@@shazahmed1404 Do you wear your watch above your ankle? Reset the smartwatch, maybe it will help? Put on the watch from the inside of your hand and check the operation? Maybe the hair on your arm is interfering with conduction? Perhaps you have a broken watch?

I tried to look up if Keep Health's servers are based in the US and it appears they aren't. So just be careful and make sure you're not sharing too much protected information.

The simplest. Download the "KeepHealth" app 12:46 in video. Turn on Bluetooth and GPS on your phone and connect the smartwatch to your phone via the app. The date and time will be set automatically.
