it has a quick release pin, easy to remove. You can buy a compatible third party strap online. Check the strap if its 20 mm, or 22 mm

Hello good afternoon, I recently bought a smartwatch q23 - 4907 version T32Q23N6 but I can't connect it with the keephelth app, when I search for the smartwatch and pair it doesn't appear. and in another application that I tried to pair, a message appears that the smartwatch needs to be updated to be able to pair with the application. Try to remove other devices that uses Bluetooth connectivity. Or you can manually connect the smartwatch on Bluetooth settings
