Logitech Unifying Receiver issue or Logitech Options not detecting FIXED!!!!

  • Hi All,
    If you guys having Logitech Unifying Receiver issue or Logitech Options not detecting. You can try the following steps to fix it.
    You will need to get ready the following item before we start.
    Logitech Options latest version
    Logitech Setpoint the version that I used was 6.7 - this will fix the Logitech unifying device driver.
    ** Attention we will later need to disabled device driver for mouse , it will disconnect your mouse so **
    If Desktop standby a wired mouse.
    If Laptop you can use your touchpad .
    Steps :
    1. Install latest Logitech Options.
    2. Go to PC Device Manager HID Locate HID-compliant mouse , Right click and Disable it.
    3. Unplug your Logitech unifying receiver from your USB
    3. Switch over to your touchpad or wired mouse.
    4. Install Logitech Setpoint 6.7 click yes to all the questions
    5. Go to PC - Then click Device Manager -Then Locate Human Interface Devices -Locate "HID-compliant mouse" , Right click and Re-Enabled it.
    6. Re-plug the Logitech Unifying Receiver into the USB.
    7. You can now launch your Logitech Options and it should detect your mouse.

    Thank you so much!! I’ve spend hours with logi support pages, clean boot itc. No result.. Then I’ve found your video and everything went back to order after installing logi set point!!

    Thank you Michael!! I was having this specific problem on a new Windows 10 computer. Windows detected My Logitech Performance MX mouse to use, but the Logitech software just wouldn't detect the unifying connection even after reinstalls and reboots... this was easy and fixed it!

    thanks man, i search and try a lot of method before i watch your video. this is the only one that works. Just installing setpoint already did it for me, i dont need to disable HID. Thanks again man

    Worked here! I used a driver tool to update all of my drivers and Logitech was disabled! Thank you so much for making a better world!

    Subscirbed and liked. I had a mix-matched keyboard and mouse (same model, but different sets from work). Spent a long amount of time fighting with the recommended LOGITECH UNIFYING SOFTWARE (did not work, ever).

    Does this work for pairing the keyboard. Because I have paired the mouse successfully, but when I try to pair the Logitech K270 keyboard, I get this message: -«Sorry, Pairing Failed175 and the troubleshooting given does not solve it.
