Love riding the river trail, and hoppin off for some good single track on the mtb. If you're out there you gotta check out Whiskeytown, beautiful lake and awesome mountain bike trails.... and the e friendly ;)
I do appreciate the paved bike trails around town but it's a shame to visit Redding for a bicycle experience and not go mountain biking. We have an extensive mountain bike trail system that's worth a look.
Oh we agree! Since there are some grey areas when it comes to electric bike access to the mountain bike trails, we were encouraged by Visit Redding to not highlight too much. But we have extensive experience riding all the mountain bike trails in Redding, Whiskeytown, Chappie, Weaverville, Shasta Lake, and even Mt. Shasta and Siskiyou. Absolutely amazing mountain biking in the North State!

Where is the long term bike parking located at?
That would be at the bike depot in downtown.
Where is a good place to rent ebike in redding to do all day trail ebike for 2 people?
We would check with the local bike shops. Sports LTD would be a great place to start.
