Good effect but screen too small and too fast to follow. impressed that you can do this but saddened that I am struggling to follow your steps in this video.

where can I find these tools ?
From what I grasped, Effects> Effects Gallery> Halftone, select LINE from dropdown on the right. Later you image trace with Silhouettes selected.
