Went back and checked my own achievement list, Got this achievement on November 6th, 2023. So must've been fixed for a while even before this latest update.
@@Curtwhogames It literally wasn't, i got it months ago... it's the easiest of A-H achievenebts. Miklos Horthy and the Habsburg prince is the impossible one.
I now realise the achievement was fixed a while ago I just missed it , enjoy the austria Hungary achievement run video which it now is 😂

I got it back in 2018, and it's on 2,9% now.
@jshadowhunter when no step came put in 2021 it blocked it as the ID changed, only recently you can get it again
