I remember I had a lot of Respect for both Reagan and Gorbechov. Those two saw how insane the whole deal was with the nukes. Shock therapy didn’t work. Also, communism didn’t “work” because of illegal sanctions. If it truly didn’t work they wouldn’t have banned trade with them. And I’m not even a communist. Nothing has changed Putin is in power and nuclear holocaust is more probable now than it’s ever been. The USSR had a referendum that 80% of the population voted to keep it alive and going. Instead it was illegally dissolved and with the help of the west rushed into privatization thus creating Oligarchs to rule the lands while the citizens went hungry and forced into selling their bodies to sex tourists in order to survive. You’re close IMO we all have souls bible says God breathed life into all of us, his spirit into ours which we are apart of him, with out the spirit the body is dead, that being said though I also think that people or so corrupt and so evil, that they are 💯 lost and there’s no salvation in them. They can see the truth right in front of them and still do evil because they are that lost. Similar to what you said they are so dark their spirt so corrupt they are almost on autopilot/low frequency through this life until they die.

The bible also condones slavery, rape, subjugation of women and children, and hate and tribalism of others who are simply different than you. The contradictions from that book are many. Most Christians have never actually read their bible all the way through from front to back. You don't need a god or a religion to be a good and decent human being. There are many forms of dogma and philosophy that can help us solve our own problems. No need to fight over whose god is or isn't real. "JUST BE A GOOD HUMAN, Be Humble, Be Kind, Spread Joy, Peace and Love." You can buy a t-shirt with this quote. I no longer contemplate or fear death or an afterlife. When I'm dead, let my body's energy irradiate into the cosmos, and let my flesh feed the hungry plants and fungi. Upon this point, I will cease to exist, and I am perfectly fine with that. WE DON'T KNOW the ORIGIN or PURPOSE OF OUR EXISTENCE. We've only been told what to believe from our ancient ancestors from thousands of years ago, and who were very ignorant of many scientific facts, and all that we now know today. Time to put the religious dogma and mythology down and live in reality, not fantasy and unprovable god claims. It is our responsibility to determine our self worth and purpose in this life.

Are you referring to him "Steelmanning" the opposition (AKA, the opposite of using a strawman attack)? That is not the same as "justifying" the opposition. Attempting to understand how or why someone thinks the way they do doesn't mean you agree with them and it can help when debating or trying to change someone's mind. If you can steelman your opponents argument and still be able to counter that position with well thought out explanations, it shows much stronger skill than just picking at low-hanging fruit.
