Grapefruit marmalade is my favorite, but I also think I am going to have to make some more of the Lemon Ginger - that is so good! I don’t like it overly sweet, and if you order the book from Pomona’s Pectin, it gives you instructions on how to adapt your recipes to their product. I have had very good success with it, and I really like it. Love you!

Segmenting those grapefruits looked like such hard work! You made it look so easy tho. 😁😁 I love red grapefruits but would’ve never thought of making marmalade. And cranberries? The greatest berry on earth! Awesome sauce Vickie!
I made this but without your twist. I love grapefruit and love this recipe but can I make it with less of the skin in it? That is one thing I don't care for is the peel in it. That is why I never ate orange marmalade. I is it possible to make with less skins?

Thank you! It wasn’t really hard to segment them, but it does take a bit of time. But it was so worth it!

Look interesting however I don't have access to pectin or calcium powder...will have to find another way. :)
