Mr Curry I used to work delivery and food prep at a Chinese place they took food and heath seriously but then again the owners weren’t super cheap about shit. Can’t speak for all Chinese owners in the US but the cheap ones usually run shitty restaurants.
The restaurant at this location keep changing the name, but seem always have problems. About 7 years ago an ex-employee warned me not eat there. (She saw me eat there when she still worked there. That time the name was New China buffet.) She said they recycle the leftout food. I recall the employee always take the plate back one by one, never stack the plate. The girl working at the reception counter eat outside during lunch break.
And regularly send a undercover health inspector over to see if they tried to either remove or hide it. On top of that, also if possible, wear a hidden camera and peak into the kitchen while heading to the washroom. If from the little bit of areas they saw had a huge amount of issues, immediately shut the place down and orders them to shut the place down and clean everything like they were suppose to. Not to mention threatens the management with possible jail time if it ever happens again. Like enough is enough, either clean up the mess and decrease the chance of someone possibly getting ill here from dirty shit or be faced with jail time for attempt to poison people.
Take out chinese restaurants are no better either. The horror stories the delivery people share with us in the office. You are well better of cooking at home.

I got sick from eating at the Krazy Buffet next to EOS on Sahara. Don't ever go there. Had to go to the Emergency room and stay overnight then pay a huge amt of $ to my insurance co.
Now this place is called Kirin Buffet, on Flamingo and Tamarus. For $7.99 all day what do you expect. The restrooms are filthy, if that's how they clean them for the public, imagine how the kitchen is where we can't see. The food is ok, just every bite makes you wonder the cleanliness of this establishment.

This is one reason I stopped going to or ordering from Chinese spots at least ten years ago! You can easily make your own, for less and fresher, if not better.

OMG, I remembered I used an Asian tour company in Los Angeles to go to Las Vegas with many stops in between and we ate at a Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. I had serious diarrhea back at the hotel. I don’t remember the name of the restaurant since it was very late a night and I was tired and just wanted to eat and go back to the hotel to rest. I Live just up the street from that Buffet. It's change ownerships at least 5 times in 8 years. When I went there years ago, it was called the Golden Dragon. Sorry to say to y'all, but the Chinese are notorious for filthy Restaurants. In every city I've lived has Chinese food outlets, and Buffets, I love ChinaFood and I know them all , So take my advice, (always check out the Restrooms first , if they're filthy !!! , you know the Kitchen is too !!! ) The New Owners call that Restaurant the ( Kirin China Buffet ) I was planning on taking some friends there this Week. I'll Check out the Restrooms and take a sneak peek in the kitchen first !!!.
I don't even bother to visit them. I checked out my own state website for restaurant health code violations and ALL of the top 8 were Asian restaurants! That's enough for me!

When this restaurant First opened up they had the best fresh food. I told a friend of mine when we were eating there that if they keep this up they will go out of business. They were throwing away too much food. I guess they stopped. I don't live on that side of town. I only ate there that one time.
even after they fix, I would not eat there. the problem will be back. It's hard to keep mouse out. you have to cover all the food, containers, a lot traps, keep clean the place all the time. and still, if the back door and front is always open, the mouse will come.

Always eat at a casino buffet. That way if you get sick, there's something to sue.
