Thanks for watching! If you're having quality issues, try watching in 1440p or 2160p. We found that all the chicken wire made the compression quality on UA-cam lower than usual but the 4K quality fixed it. :) You're all awesome. Have an awesome Halloween! 🎃💀👻

If you guys ever do another project with this much chicken wire, I would look into buying a pair of Safety Wire Pliers. Aircraft mechanics use them all the time, they make wire work WAY easier, and you can pick up a cheap pair at Harbor Freight or Cabela’s for like $30. You guys are awesome! 😃

Your neighbors must Love you! I have a neighbor and she didn't talk to me before, not even wave when she pulled out of her driveway and I was standing 5 feet away. I put up the most awesome Halloween carnival and at Christmas a super cool Mele Kalikimaka display and she turned into a different neighbor! I saw her at a garage sale a couple weeks ago and she was so excited to see me and she told me about another sale with some stuff she thought I could make into new props. Decorating brings the neighborhood together, the kids love it, the parents love it, crotchety old neighbors love it, it is absolutely worth the hassle. I can't wait to try this ghost!

In response to the "Do people make chicken clothes?" I worked with a crazy, old lady who made "duck clothes". In total disbelief, I asked, multiple times, if they were actually clothes that people put on ducks. She said yes and brought in all sorts of odd outfits as proof. Months later, one of our coworkers was going on and on about how great they were and how cute their duck was in the the old lady's latest "Batman Halloween" outfit. I couldn't believe that the crazy had spread to others, so I pulled her aside and questioned her. After she stopped laughing, she informed me that the ducks were stone statues people put in their gardens, and that the "Batman" outfit was the same exact outfit as all the others, only the fabric was a repeating pattern of the old Adam West Batman symbol.

Awesome job guys. Ive been doing Halloween now for 20 years, wait, this year will be 21 lol. Ive made just about everything. Chicken wire monks where my favorite. Made them 6' tall to stand along side the driveway. 6 in total. But your witch is great. Maybe consider a blonde wig if you want more hair. It tends to shimmer more in the light. And hair spray is your friend when using such props and wigs. even gives it that eerie look during the day. Great job. Yes i have seen duck clothes, my 93 year old mom still buys them for her duck on the porch. A chicken wire chicken might not be notable in a yard display, but make a duck with an open mouth and use the cut off squares to make a very tooth filled mouth top and bottom, would make a nice pet for the witch

The ghost is beautiful. But the man who maked it is very cute too 😁

Very nice! The hair and tattered dress were awesome! I think you would have gotten better results with blacklight reactive UV-A acrylic paint... They sell them in many colors, I think if you base coat the chicken wire matte black and then sparsely spray some of that paint over it, then illuminate with a blacklight bulb (maybe even use the blacklight bulb in the lantern!), you might be able to lose the chicken wire hexagons a bit more... Also, I would loosely attach the arms and then suspend them from different smaller branches to let the wind articulate them...

That's great! You can make almost anything with the chicken wire, like a ghost dog to go with her. It would look like the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland.

Such an awesome ghost! I’ve never seen chicken wire used like this, and the effect is incredibly eerie (especially with the coloured lights and fog). Your videos are always inspiring and very accessible… I think even a novice like me could produce a quality ghost following your clear instructions. Laughed so hard when Jay was shaking the spray can and got busted… Jamie quelled the exuberance with a very practiced “wife side eye” lol. I always enjoy your videos… they’re filled with fun and the perfect way to de-stress after a tough day. Thanks J and J, another triumph 👍🏻😄.

Another fantastic inspiration! Thanks so much! One question - what kind of light did you use to create the "wave-like" visualization effect?

Love the final project! You may want to consider some cut-resistant gloves next time you work with chicken wire. :D The hair effect was extremely impressive. You two should be on TV; like a Halloween version of Joanna and Chip!

My first thought was Wicked Makers and a Threadbanger collab! They would work great together with their love of Halloween!

The nakey cat being around sharp wire had my heart in my throat. 😅 He really was not bothered one bit, and that's the scary part!
