      That is actually me when I play dodgebee well dodgeball but frisbee when I was in middle school I used to be able to dodge any frisbee and I won it for my side most times I one time did a flip to dodge an incoming one.

    guys I was listening to this and then the next day I was lying down on the sofa my dad and my little brother threw something at me and I blocked it immediately without noticing until after.
    Again at P.E a guy throw a 2 inch rock from afar and I was minding my business until I pull out my hand and I caught rock. I was shocked.

      Arrieta Games they are right though, i watch a lot of scary movies and that caused me to have a lot of nightmares, like one a man being chopped up, a woman with a creepy face, a boy got his back deeply cut, and another a woman commiting suicide.

    So I’ve been listening for a while, and I’ve got like INSANELY fast reflexes. One of my friends were trying to steal my pencil when I was drifting off to sleep and when I woke up I saw him about to take my pencil. It was really weird. And this morning when I was brushing my teeth, the cap for the toothpaste fell in the sink and I grabbed it right before it when down the sink. it was pretty freaky..
    My friend was about to slap something out of my hand and before he even reached out I looked at him. It was really weird.

    Well my friend has somehow been getting scared by me... Out of nowhere. 99% of the time I have no intentions to scare her and I just walk up beside her and she turns around and freaks out. My footsteps are silent like really silent. Even when I run there is no sound emitting from my shoes. And my reflexes have been getting quicker. Recently during pe we played this version of dodge all where a group of us stand inside a court and around the court there are people standing on lines with balls. Once a ball hits us we are out. My friends got eliminated the first second it started. I was one of the few that actually survived and one of the girls sometimes even the only girl my friends were shocked at my speed. When I walked past them to sit when it was their turn to play I heard them saying: (my name) reflexes are quite good eh she can dodge quite well. I wish I could dodge like her. Idk why but somehow when I do certain stuff my friends are certain I am lying that I have nvr taken any self defence classes before. Like legit though I have nvr taken any of those classes
    Update 1: uhhh I was jus sitting on the sofa when my mum came into the living room to the kitchen and she asked my sister at the dining table: where is your sister? My sister was like: NANI?! She's right there! *points beside her to sofa* I was wearing a white shirt and the sofa is a sort of light brown colour... And it's night...

    Okay so I have evidently been watching too much ninja warrior [ junior ] and reading too many fantasy/adventure/crime stories because now I’m over here trying to figure out how to jump from one building to another, obtain amazing fighting skills, and climb like Spider-Man, because YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU MAY NEED IT-even though I can’t even drive yet-but ngl I listen to this quite a lot, mainly because I’ve come to love the music lmao

    OMFG THIS IS PURE GOLD!!!
    So I have been doing JiuJitsu for around 6 months now? Perhaps a bit less and I am not really bad at it, but compared to the ranks of the others (two black belts, a brown belt, two blue belts and another white belt) it's clear why they are better than me.
    I only listened twice today before my lesson, so grab yourself a cookie and listen to me bc really, this is awesome!
    So every lesson we do warm-ups and these "workouts" (they are nothing but) always variate. And today I got paired with a blue belt (I'm still white, duh) and he's like super tall (and I am rather small, so he's about twenty centimeters taller than me?) and fast and we did two exercises where you had to be fast.
    One was that you had to tap the other person on the shoulders and had to either prevent getting blocked or block the "attack".
    And at first, I could neither block nor attack and was really just trying not to get hit...
    ... but after a minute or so I started to see things clearly and suddenly I wasn't just blocking successfully but also dodging and landing a few taps myself with both two hands and one hand behind my back.
    And although I wasn't successful with the second exercise (we had to put our hands on each other's shoulders and then had to try to tap the other person's feet) I wasn't really "tapped" once. Mind you, the other person has been doing this for years!
    I also managed to do every move successfully and could understand why I did what I did and my teachers took their time with me. I mean, that's logical considering I am the "newest" and it's summer holidays, so there weren't that many other people, but I think it's great anyway.
    I finally understand why some holds never worked.
    We also have to build up (and down) the training mats every time because I don't train at an "only dojo" but normal sports hall and I noticed how the mats (they are rather heavy) seemed way lighter than I remember.
    I will listen to this before my training next week (and then regularly after I cut down my current playlist bc this is not one of my priorities right now).

    -I can feel my muscles becoming harder/stronger?
    -I forgot the word ;v; but whenever I do my warming up, my muscles hurt because it's their first time doing something, this time it didn't hurt. xD
    -My reflexes are faster.
    -I had to jump with my workout but I almost hit my head to the ceiling. I was never able to jump that high.
    -I got a little faster, haven't run yet but I am doing martial arts. (punches and moves got faster)
    -It doesn't hurt that badly anymore when I hit my knuckles against the wood.
    28/12/2017:
    -My muscles are twitching even my nose did.
    -My arms do hurt, they are swore but still doing my punches, etc.
    -I am more flexible.
    -For some reasons my bones are stronger, I accidentally hit my foot against the wood while trying to do a high kick, it did hurt but it wasn't bad baaad. o(╥﹏╥)o

    My dad wanted to punch me (as a joke) and this happened:

    -SOMETHING AMAZING AND SCARY HAPPENED YESTERDAY:
    Okay so I was walking around 7PM and it was kinda dead in our village.
    I was walking to my grandmother who lives near a supermarket.
    Suddenly I heard footsteps and I was looking behind me but there were only 2 people who walked to the supermarket and they were 10 meters behind me 0w0.
    I'm still amazed how I could hear that because there were no other people and I'm 100% sure, it wasn't me.
    I AM GOING TO DO A FLUSH AND CONTINUE WITH THIS SUB AFTER LISTENING.
    I WILL USE THIS SUB TILL THE END OF JANUARY AND THEN I DECIDE IF I CONTINUE OR NOT.

    I live in a really rough area where I can’t walk around alone without being terrified so I’ll update
    Day 1 **day of starting the subliminal**: I practiced keeping my leg up and got it higher than usual (I practiced on both legs and could even keep my weak leg up)
    Day 2: I feel my muscles tightening, it’s strange. My eyesight has also increased drastically and I woke up on time full of energy.
    Day 3: Strength and stamina have increased, I also have found more of an interest in things and have actually been able to go out more, which is a great achievement for me :)
    Day 4: Forgot to listen :/
    Day 5: I was sitting down and decided to test my flexibility and I managed to get my foot on my head sjsjsj. Also able to lift my own body weight for at least 10 seconds and my vision is becoming close to that of what it is with my glasses on
    Day 6: I used to be scared of a few people but now I realise they’re powerless anyway
    Day 7: I feel more healthy for some reason, I haven’t been coughing or sneezing and I haven’t felt permanently tired, I’ve also gotten less headaches

    1 Month: I haven’t listened frequently enough but I’m definitely able to keep my composure now and am thinking clearly in all situations, I can also do over 15 pushups with ease and can easily track my opponent.

    27/04/19: (listening more often) I woke up at 9am without an alarm clock and full of energy, I also did 16 push-ups without trying that hard.
    2 months: I’ve started playing Volleyball and become a Libero, I’m gonna stop listening to this cuz it’d be unfair on my opponents.
    - Almost a year in, I restarted. There have been quite a few dangerous people around and a number of them have weapons, I need to be able to defend myself without seriously injuring anyone so I’m back with this!

    This actually works, I don’t usually write progress posts on sub vids but I guess this is an exception because I only listened to it once whilst sleeping and still saw genuine results.
    This isn’t going to be a list or anything, just a few things that have happened/things that I noticed.
    Anyway let’s get into it
    The other day I was sitting at a bench with two friends, one to my right and one directly across from me, we were all playfully throwing this one pink glow stick at each other, kinda just trying to see who could sorta slap someone with this glow stick the hardest, anyway so after I throw it at the girl in front of me she gets kinda determined to slap me with it and I see her going to hit me with it, I hid my face in my arm and for some reason put my hand out and ended up perfectly catching it? Like okay damn, I wasn’t even looking yet somehow I catch the equivalent of a weighted straw flying at me.
    And before that, the morning after listening to this the first thing I instinctively did was glance over my surroundings to make sure no one was intruding, like out of instinct which is something I’ve never done.
    And finally this one happened today, I was just making a salad, and I was going to put the lettuce back in the fridge when I accidentally dropped one lettuce thing (I’m holding two, one in each hand) and then without concisely thinking I grabbed it perfectly with my left hand (I’m right handed)
    So yea, this works.

    🎈dec. 31, 2019.
    im aleady quite athletic and i play an assortment of sports pretty well (badminton, tennis, volleyball, basketball, etc) but as you can see..
    they only have to do with my hands
    im really bad at football and anything having to do with my legs
    i cant take taekwondo because it focuses on kicking, but thats the only nearby school for martial arts where i live. ill be taking karate lessons online (i hope you know, ive had some lessons in karate before i moved lol)
    im using this so i can be super powerful lmao, and for self defense
    right now, my reflexes are pretty good and im adequate at fighting. (i mean, if my reflexes werent good; how could i play badminton or tennis? lmfaooo)
    for example: i was washing the dishes and as i put the plate up on the rack (its above the sink, and above my head lmao), it fell down and i immediately caught it with my expression completely calm (while my heart was racing and i was panicking inside). i carefully put it back up and continued washing.
    another example: same situation, cup fell and i immediately grasped onto the handle with my finger while screaming. (really panicked that time) so, im using this so i can improve my stamina, speed, strength, stealth and awareness!!

    🎈 jan. 1, 2020. i ran so fast today omg. i wasnt even out of breath, like i could run so fast and i didnt get tired at all even though it was like a mile. which is amazing because my stamina is sOO bad. like i was just walking but for some reason i started speed walking. my brother started running and said that we should race and i was like "ok" and then continued speed walking and i still beat him lmao. this works great?? its not even in my official playlist, i just listen to it for like an hour or two hours a day.

    So, after listening to this subliminal for 4 days and wondering how the hell should I train myself to be a fricking ninja my dad unexpectedly and randomly said that he would teach me fighting and self-defense out of nowhere.
    5th day of listening to this subliminal: my dad called me and start showing me stuff and while he was teaching me how to block and punch I manage to land some hits on him and block some of his punch as well and since my dad is a solider he took this training very seriously. I accidentally cut myself with my nails while blocking his hits and I also received some nasty bruises too but they didn’t hurt. Well at the end all I want to say is that I have pretty good reflex and I didn’t get tired very easily like before and I know what I've wrote here didn’t really make any sense but I don't care I just want to say that this subliminal work 100%

    i used to listen to this sub overnight for a week or two, and stopped for abt a month. and when i went to the eye doc, one side, which was originally 500 something degree, suddenly dropped to 400- both sides improved a whole lot, the changes were drastic and i was so shook!! :0 but i havent been listening so my eyesight rose a bit again on one side, but hey this sub definitely helped me with my eyesight

    Hellooo this is really random but I recommend everyone to read this book called “ young samurai ” there are 8 books in total and the best one in my opinion is the 4th “ the ring of earth ” It is packed with action (but the story is fictional) so if you like action you should definitely read it 💕really goes into detail about ninjas and ninjitsu and it’s just AMAZING❤️my love for ninjas literally bloomed lmao 😂 first three books are mostly about samurais and abit if ninja but you find it boring just skip to the forth lol 😆 Anyways go try it out it’s really good and I think it may help with this sub 🥰 hope y’all get results!!

    going to start listening to this everyday :p just did a cardio workout for 30 minutes and I did it without stopping surprisingly even though I have not worked out in MONTHS! I can feel my muscles too.
    another update/day 1 (and the above message): i feel so confident after listening to this and my body looks different in a way like it looks healthier surprisingly!

    Well I am strong and I can punch as hard as I can especially when my bullies made gun of me. The only problem now is that they're learning boxing! And I guess... I need to start learning something too , and I thought taekwondo would be a good choice. Well I am strong , but not quite. I can do 40 push ups , yet I hardly gain any muscle and still Im strong. I run fast and my endurance and stamina is great . I hope this can improve me , before the summer sports that I'm going to train .

Although , even I got hit a lot of times I can't stop laughing and smiling through it. Anyway my left foot is injured , but I can still fight so I guess it's all fine for now.

    Guess what? My school just had another sport calles Arnis . ..and I just sign up. While all of my classmates just laughed and made fun of me!
    They keep saying...
    - you? Joining that sport? Wow your so lame , your too weak for that.
    - give up already , you might even break your bones
    - your just wasting your time , can't wait to see you humiliate yourself again.
    Oh well , It didn't bother. During our first day of training , I was totally the only person whose having a good time! We jog around for 10 laps and it felt so great , meanwhile everybody else was like " I'm tired , we need to rest!" . After that , we we're stretching and all of my classmates who made fun of me we're watching. Tskk , They thought I can't do anything ......but actually ..I was the most flexible girl on our team . And those classmates of mine we're shocked!. When the day we're finally over , they waited me at the gate and told me I was cool and awesome , they wanted me to hang out with them...........but , No ....I don't really care about them.

    I forgot to say that a few months ago I won a silver medal from the arnis competition. It was so fun to get to know a lot of other people who show a lot of discipline and respect towards one another , and unlike those who only care about showing off and being in power.

    Day 1- my steps are more quieter than usual
    Day 2- my dad randomly started play fighting and he'll usually graze my cheek. But this time I cought his fist, he was surprised.
    Day 3- I feel lighter and my balance is better. My bottle of water almost fell of my bed but was able to catch it.

    Okay so this is my third or fourth day using it, and I had Taekwondo today. In the affirmations and intentions, I’m supposed to be supernaturally athletic and can change how people perceive me depending on my desire. So today I was sparring with a high brown (I’m high blue) and legit after that, she said she was intimidated by me (even though I didn’t score any head kicks, but I was close) because I was being unnaturally aggressive, and usually people aren’t scared of me. Same thing with a low brown because apparently my kicks were fast and hard it was almost overwhelming. And later on this day, I just arrived home and was putting the shoes back in the shoe rack behind my aunt, and she turned around and was like “AAH- HEY AT LEAST SAY SOMETHING WHEN YOU ARRIVE”
    So yeah it works, and after seeing the results, I’ll be excited to updated in the future :)
    5th day: I went to the gym and tested my kicks on the punching bag. My kicks were more explosive than usual; it was really sharp and made a powerful sound when the kicks landed. I also managed to get better on my spinning hook kick :)
    6th day: Only listened for 2 times but I didn’t do any physical activities
    7th day: Listened 2 times before attending Taekwondo; I noticed I was more flexible and that my groin strain was gone, and that crap was really stubborn ever since I started stretching for Taekwondo (2 years) 🤥 So for it to be gone after being there for so long, I am impressed and relieved! I can also kick higher and kick more precisely. I can execute my kicks better and am starting to get better at sparring 🤧

    - day one :: I live in an area where there is lots of crimes, mostly at night, So this might come handy. Something to note is that i have gained a natural automatic spider sense that makes me aware of my surroundings and enhances my reflexes due to a past subliminal. I haven’t picked a fighting stance that can help me, i want it to be all natural. The ones i’m most drawn to are tai chi & muay thai.

    IF covid-19 clears up I'll be going to highschool next semester and there is a lot of gang fights there.     ➪at 3rd period i accidentally banged my hand against the table and suprisingly it didnt hurt. I've done it before and it does normally hurt a lot so i was like "oh it actually doesnt hurt" lol.
    •Around like 4pm or 5pm i went to the beach and i brought my bike, probably after like 10 or 7 mins of riding i decided to get off and since my bike doesnt have the black thing that makes bike stand up i had to lean it against a wall or smth and whilst i was doing that it was about to fall until i catched it but not with my hand but with my foot ?? Basically, you know the tires? Yeah i put my foot against that and it stopped it from falling. I didnt even realize i did it, it was like a reflex or smth.

    Day 1: I listened to this on replay last night. Normally every morning at 7:00 I go for a run. I purposely don't run that fast so I can keep up my pace. However today I decided to test how far I could go at full speed except full speed was a lot different this time and I stopped cause I was scared I was gonna trip. Also in general I work out a lot and stretch. My splits was a bit lower on both sides and I could do more pull ups than usual.

      Another update! I exercise every other day and usually my muscles are sore for 2 days because of it. I no longer feel sore after my regular exercise routine! So I’m gonna toughen it up a little to get even stronger. These subliminals definitely helped my endurance.

    I dropped this subliminal awhile ago but I'm picking it back up. Here are some results I still have from last time:
    Sneaking-I scare people since they don't notice me
    Strength-I accidentally hurt people when though I don't mean to
    Going "Invisible"-I sometimes go on my bed/coach in my room alone and my mom will walk in look at me and turn off the lights. She gets shocked every time. (She turns off lights of empty rooms.)
    I will not update consistently, but I will probably update once in a while.
