I'm thinling about my health here. (For example, women have been damaged from leaking breast implants and such.) If these demands can be guaranteed, then why not? What do you think?

It’s not illegal. At all. You can fly a drone anywhere outside of LFV’s mandated safety zones. Sthlm is basically one large safety zone, but it’s possible to fly a drone there. Permits are required to fly in those zones, and to release drone footage shot you need so submit your footage to Lantmäteriet for a security check. Takes about a week to get it reviewed and hopefully cleared. So, in short, it’s not illegal at all. That’s just plain false. Also, the show probably bought stock footage for aerials; a lot simpler.
