The nuts are on the back of the hitch mount and there's nothing in the center and I still have more than enough room to get to the drain plug. Could you maybe explain your comment? I would like to help anyone seeing this? Thank you for comment!
I was wrong, I did not have enough room to get to the drain plug and you are right it would be easier without the nuts on the back of them BUT, I was still able to do it in 30min or so. Thank you for that comment.
That is a great question. 1500lbs I would be willing to bet money that the hitch is rated for 3000lbs BUT the 21 Turbo XP is only rated for 1500lbs and this hitch is all tied into your rear control arms

The reason you don't put nuts on the back side of the center piece is you can access the drain port easily that's behind it.
