Hi Corrie, it's always great to see you. Thank you for being open & sharing -- it's good that you have found ways to cope & have supportive friends. I love seeing your knitting gifts for the little babies & hearing about your interests such as climbing. Terrific to hear that Tonks is enjoying country living & earning her keep on the farm.

I finished all the videos and am sad that you haven't been updating for several months but I see you've had so much change to deal with and I know how much time and energy all of those stressors can consume. I hope you are doing well and thriving. Glad Tonks is with your parents and enjoying the country life again. Thanks for your sharing.

It is soooooo lovely to see you again! Wow another move! Well, you are just rolling with the changes, and I am happy you are doing well at them! 😊. I am thrilled to pieces that you also updated us on your mental health - those videos that you did years ago were profoundly brave in explaining general mental health issues, and how your mental health issues affects you. I learned so much from you, and you actually helped me in helping a family member get to a place where she understood that it was time for her to speak to a professional, and it has helped her immensely since as well. Thank you for that! Ok, so I’m off to subscribe to your Instagram. Great to see you, sweet lady!

Thank you Gisele, I'll keep trying to do mental health updates but it is quite nerve racking doing so. I'm so thrilled to hear I helped you and I'm glad your family member is doing better xx

So happy to see you! I have to say, I love my essential oils for help. You probably are, well no doubt, acquainted with them. I mention DoTerra because it’s what I use. I’m not promoting them. But, Clarycalm and Lavender help so much. I also use Balance and then Ylang Ylang. They help settle my mind, my fears, and help to quiet racing thoughts. You can use them any time during the day or night. Your so brave to put yourself out there. Your a huge encouragement to so many. I wish only the very best for you! And on the selfish side, I enjoy all your videos so much. I’ve learned the most from you. Please don’t stop.

for a mental health suffer id say you were doing very good. your fear of having your mental health take over again is a normal reaction and i would say valid. I am bi-polar myself and am terrified of going back to work. I fear that i would backslide and mess up the rest of my life. I am also afraid that I will end up like my mother at her age. An old, bitter, stubbern, woman with dementia. or like my sister who has psycosis. As long as we don't let our fears take over our life our fears are perfectly normal. thankfully I attend a mental health group once a day with medication. you do what you have to do. phft on those who disagree. lol also what if it does happen again. you survived before and you will survive again. God has you in His hands. that is all we need to remember.
